Product Usage Instructions

Scope
This document provides instructions for dismantling the product according to Annex VII of Directive 2012/19/EU.

Tools for Dismantling

  • Screw Driver
  • Nipper

Dismantle Procedure

  • Step 1: Remove Back Covers (Section 5)
    Use a screwdriver to remove the back covers of the monitor.

  • Step 2: Remove Printed Circuit Boards (Section 6)
    Use a screwdriver to remove the printed circuit boards from the monitor.

  • Step 3: Dismantle LCD (Section 7)
    Follow the instructions in Section 7 to dismantle the LCD panel.

  • Step 4: Remove Electrolyte Capacitors (Section 8)
    Use a nipper to cut the leads and remove electrolyte capacitors as described in Section 8.

  • Batteries
    This model uses AAA batteries for the remote control. The battery can easily be removed.

  • Back Covers
    The back cover can be removed using a screwdriver.

  • PWB and Other Electronic Components
    All electronic components can be removed using a screwdriver. The following components can be dismantled:

    • Main PWB
    • Power PWB
    • T-CON PWB
    • LED Driver board
    • KEY PWB
    • PIR PWB
    • TOUCH CONTROL PWB
    • Speaker
  • LCD Module Bezels/Angles
    The LCD module bezels/angles can be removed following the instructions provided for each model (PN-LA652, PN-LA752, PN-LA862).

  • Capacitors
    Capacitors with a diameter larger than 25mm are installed on the Power PWB. Use a nipper to cut the leads and remove these capacitors.

  18. Capacitors
    Capacitors which diameter is larger than 25mm is installed on the Power PWB. And these capacitors can be removed by using nipper to cut the leads.
