GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electricity and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded by all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment- grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

BEFORE START AND STORAGE

Take out appliance from packages.

  1. Unbox and take out accessory box.
  2. Lift out appliance and place at flat surface.
    • Attention: 2-3 persons assist is necessary.
  3. Its normal that visible welding marks residual on walk belt.

Transportation

  1. If transportation needs, unplug power 12 cord and lifting the terminal of appliance
  2. Easy to transport appliance with bottom transportation wheel assists, like as wheelbarrow.

Connect the power

  1. Choose flat ground to place the Walking Treadmill. Do not place it on a thick and soft cushion.
  2. Plug in the power cord and switch on the power rock button, you can hear a BI sound from the buzzer, its means the circuit of the appliance has connected with power electricity. Warning: MUST use the power cord with comes of package.
  3. Storage: Power off the appliance and unplug the power cord before the storage process.

REMOTE CONTROL

Romote control can be stored in side of body as shown figure.

HOW TO USE

Note: Ensure that the walking treadmill is power on and the remote control is installed with battery.

  1. Operation of Remote Controller
  2. Auto incline feature introduction
    • 9 incline levels: 0°~9°
    • approxn 1% inline percetange
    • Change the incline of working treadmill as desired.

Friendly remind of Auto incline features

  • Incline level should be set to ” Zero” with remote control when you are finished exercising.
  • Perform POST (Power On Self Test) to identify incine level and back to ” Zero” automatically.
  • Incline interval up to 10 seconds, total incline stroke ” from Zero to Level 9″ approximately 1 minute.

ERROR CODE

  • When error occurs, error warning indicator will light up and display its error code.

Error Code I Fault Analysis I Resolutions

E01| Communication was interrupted between the controller and numeric display.| Unscrew the motor hood and verify the connection between the controller and the numeric display.

Please contact with after-sale service if the E01 code has not been eliminated.

Notice: Always power off and unplug the power cord before processing.

E02| open circuit of the motor| 1.  User confirms whether the motor wires are securely plugged in the lower control board.If the connection is loose or contact is poor, tighten the terminal and reinsert it into the controller.

2.  Please contact with after-sale service if the problem CAN NOT solved by above process.

E03| Flame protection| 1.  Unscrew motor hood and verify the connection between controller and motor.

2.  Power supply interrput due to connector loosen or out, please unscrew motor hood to check.

3.  Please contact with after sale service if problem CAN NOT solved by above process.

E04| Over current protection| 1.  Due to user over limited 120Kg.

2.  Open to check any foreign objects blocked moving parts. ( such as: drive motor, idler roller, driver roller, walking belt)

3.  Walking belt is overtightened or lack of lubricant. ( please see detail chapters relate to belt tension and lubricant process)

TROUBLESHOOTING

Walking belt slips

The walking belt loosened.

| Tighten the walking belt tension with hex tool. (See details of chapter 13-A)

Remote control does not work

1.  Incorrect use of default.

2.  Battery power shortage.

3.  Remote control malfunction.

| 1.  Remotor control should directly aiming to receiver port when in use.

2.  Replace new battery cells.

3.  Replace new remote control.

The incline   doesn’t work

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

A. Symptom: walk belt off-centre or slips.

The centering walk belt process as follows:

  1. Power off the appliance and unplug the power cord
  2. The manual centering process as follow:
    • If the walk belt has shifted to left, use the hex tool to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of a turn(refer to Figure 1).
    • If the walk belt has shifted to right, use the hex tool to turn the right idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of turn(refer to figure 2).
  3. Appliance MUST work 1-2 minutes. Repeat the manual centring process until the walk belt is centred.

Belt slip-correcting process as follows:

  1. Power off the appliance before operation.
  2. Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws clockwise 1/2 of turn (refer to figure 3).
  3. After correcting, please attempt to walk for 1-2 minutes under 1.0mph speed setting. Repeat until the walk belt is properly tightened.

Attention

  1. To prevent any injury, don’t place any debris around the appliance before the maintenance process.
  2. MUST use the associated hex tool.
  3. Take care at the maintenance process. Do not pinch your fingers.

B. Belt lubrication process, follow the instructions below to lubricate the belt.

  1. Power off the appliance and unplug the cord.
  2. Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise till the belt loosen and lifting easily.
    • Tips: please mark hex tool rotating cycles when loosening the belt, which is used for adapting belt tension after the lubrication process.
  3. Lifting edges of the belt and spraying lubrication oil at the centre of the walking platform evenly. Not necessary to apply spray lubrication oil on entire walk platform.
  4. Lubrication oil volume Per time of maintenance: 5-10mL.
    • Attention: it would cause of belt slip if spray too much.
  5. Using the hex tool, turn both idler screws clockwise as previous markdown number of turns until the walk belt tightens properly.
  6. Power on the appliance and work out for a few minutes, to spread lubrication oil to the whole belt surface evenly. Lubrication frequency: High recommend 125 Miles Per time.

C: Appliance cleaning.

  1. Power off the appliance and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
  2. Wipe and clean with a damp cloth, Do not clean with acidic or caustic detergents.
  3. Do not clean the opposite of the walk belt.
  4. Its normal few black powders are residual under the appliance after a long working.

UREVO warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has been installed and operated in accordance with UREVO Owner’s Manual. UREVO’s obligation under this warranty applies to the following:

  3. Cosmetic items such as scratches, dents or discolourations;
  4. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, vandalism, accidental or by animals;
  5. Any act of Nature (such as fire, flooding, snow, ice, hurricanes, earthquakes, lightning or other natural disasters), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mould, mildew, etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.);
  6. Normal weathering is due to exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere which can cause colored surfaces to among other things, flake, chalk, accumulate dirt or stains.
  7. Improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse or neglect of the products.

UREVO, using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace free of charge any parts) proven to be defective under normal home use. Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase is required.
