The UREVO SP1 LITE Walking Treadmill (Model.URTM022) is a compact and lightweight treadmill designed for home use. Product Usage Instructions
Before Start and Storage
Before using the treadmill, please ensure that:
- The power cord is securely plugged in.
- The safety key is attached to your clothing.
- The treadmill is on a level surface.
- You are wearing appropriate workout attire and shoes.
To store the treadmill, follow these instructions:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Fold the treadmill using the folding tool provided.
- Store in a dry and cool place.
How to Use
To use the treadmill, follow these instructions:
- Attach the safety key to your clothing.
- Press the power button on the remote control.
- Adjust the speed using the function menu or remote control.
- Begin walking on the treadmill.
- Use the remote control to adjust the speed or stop the treadmill.
Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your treadmill, please follow these care and maintenance instructions:
- Clean the treadmill after each use with a damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

- Lubricate the walking belt every 3 months with the lubricant oil provided.
Warranty
- The UREVO SP1 LITE Walking Treadmill has a 1-year warranty on the structural frame and a 90-day warranty on all other components.
- The warranty does not cover acts of nature, normal weathering, improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse or neglect. To order replacement parts, please have your order number, description of parts, part number, and date of purchase ready.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce
the risk of electric and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with
all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER – Improper connection of the equipment- grounding conductor can
result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the
outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
BEFORE STARTING AND STORAGE
Take out appliances from packages.

Unbox and take out the accessory box.

Lift out the appliance and place a flat surface.
Attention: 2-3 persons’ assistance is necessary. -
It is normal that visible welding marks are residual on the walking belt.
Transportation
- If transportation needs, unplug the power cord and lift the terminal of the appliance.
- Easy to transport appliance with bottom transportation wheel assists, like a wheelbarrow.
Connect the power
- Choose flat ground to place the Walking Treadmill. Do not place it on thick and soft cushion.
- Plug in power cord and switch on power rock button, you can hear a Bi sound from buzzer, its means the circuit of appliance has connected with power electricity.
Warning: MUST use power cord with comes of package.
Warning:
Before starting to workout with this product, Please assess your physical
condition and perform exercise properly and regularly. Incorrect or excessive
training can be harmful to your health, If you feel unwell, Stop exercising
immediately and consult with your doctor.
Storage
Power off appliance and unplug power cord before storage process.
FUNCTION MENU
Tips: The workout data (Calorie; Time; Step; Distance; Speed) will be circularly displayed per 5s.
REMOTE CONTROL
A magenta built-in remote control so that it can be stuck in the storage cavity Of the side body as shown in the figure.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
A. Symptom: walk belt off-centered or slips.
The centering walk belt process is as follows:
- Power off appliance and unplug the power cord .
- Manual centering process as follow:
- If the walk belt has shifted to left, use the hex tool to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 Of a turn(refer to figure 1).
- If the walk belt has shifted to right, use the hex tool to turn the right idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of turn(refer to figure 2).
- Appliance MUST work 1-2mintutes. Repeat manual centering process untill the walk belt is centered.
The belt slip-correcting process is as follows:
- Power off the appliance before operation.
- Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws clockwise 1/2 of turn (refer to figure 3).
- After correcting, please attempts to walking 1-2 minutes under 1 .Omph speed setting. Repeat until the walk belt is properly tightened.
Attention
- To prevent any injury, don’t place any debris around appliance before the maintenance process.
- MUST use the associated hex tool.
- Take care of the maintenance process. Do not pinch your fingers.
B. Belt lubrication process, follow the instructions below to lubricate the belt.
- Power off appliance and unplug cord.
- Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise till belt loosen and lifting easily.
- Tips: please markdown hex tool rotating cycles when loosen belt, which use for adapting belt tension after lubrication process.
- Lifting edges of belt and spraying lubrication oil at center of walk platform evenly. Not necessary to apply spray lubrication oil on entire walk platform.
- Lubrication oil volume Per time of maintenance: 5-1 OmL.
- Attention: it would causes of belt slip if spray too much.
- Using the hex tool, turn the both idler screws clockwise as previous markdown number of turns untill walk belt tighten properly.
- Power on appliance and workout for a few minutes, in order to spread lubrication oil to whole belt surface evenly. Lubrication frequency: High recommend 125 Miles Per time.
C: Appliance cleaning
- Power off appliance and unplug power cord before cleaning.
- Wipe and clean with damp cloth, Do not cleaning with acidic or caustic detergents.
- Do not clean opposite of walk belt.
- Its normal few black powders residual under appliance after long working.

- UREVO warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has been installed and operated in accordance with

- Improper installation and/or failure to abide by UREVO’s installation guidelines;
- Use of this product beyond normal home use, or in an application for which it was not designed;
- Cosmetic items such as scratches, dents or discolorations;
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, vandalism, accidental or by animals;
- Any act of Nature (such as fire, flooding, snow, ice, hurricanes, earthquakes, lightnings or other natural disasters), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.);
- Normal weathering due to exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere which can cause colored surfaces to among other things, flake, chalk, accumulate dirt or stains.
- Improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse or neglect of the products.
- UREVO , using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace free of charge any part(s) proven to be defective under normal home use. Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage, but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
