Please read this manual carefully before you use this product and keep this manual well after using it.

Safety Information

Before setting up this device, please read all the documentation included in the product package. This device has been designed with personal considerations in mind, but improper use may result in electric shock and fire. In order not to damage the components inside the monitor, please observe the following rules during installation, use and maintenance.

1. To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this device to rain or moisture.

2. Before using the monitor, make sure that all cables are properly connected and that the power cord is not damaged. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.

3. Avoid dust, humidity and extreme temperatures. Do not place this device in any area where it may be exposed to moisture. Place the device on a smooth surface.

4. Do not insert any foreign objects or allow any liquids to enter the openings in the housing of the device.

5. Use the power cord provided with the monitor. If you use another power cord and it is not provided by us, please make sure that it meets the relevant standards.
   When the power cord is damaged, please contact us for replacement.

6. Please use a power adapter with a power of 15w or more for powering the monitor, and cell phone chargers and rechargeable batteries that meet the power supply requirements can be used to power the monitor.

7. Do not try to open the back case of the monitor, there are no user-serviceable parts inside the machine, please consult us if the monitor is abnormal.

To avoid personal injury, please observe the following rules

1. Do not place the monitor on a tilted table surface unless safety measures are in place.
2. Do not drop, click or throw objects on the screen. This can cause injury, product damage and screen damage.

To prevent fire and other injuries, please observe the following rules

1. Turn off the power to the monitor when you leave the room for a while.
2. Do not allow children to throw or insert objects into the monitor.
3. Do not install accessories that are not specifically designed for the monitor.
4. Unplug the power cord when the monitor is left unattended for a long period.
5. Do not touch the power cord and signal cable when lightning strikes thunder may cause the risk of electric shock.
6. Do not allow any object to press or tangle the power cord.
7. Do not place the monitor in a place r where the power cord can be easily damaged.

To prevent damage to the monitor, avoid the following situations

1. Hold the monitor in a place where it can be easily dropped.
2. Hold the monitor near a heat sink or heat source.
3. The power cord Is the main power isolation device and must be placed In an easy-to-operate place.

• Do not rub the screen panel with hard objects, as this may bruise or permanently damage the LCD.
• Do not use your fingers to press the LCD screen for a long time, otherwise, it will produce an afterglow, which will damage the screen in serious cases. Bad dots of red, green and blue pixels may appear on the screen, but they do not affect the display function.
• If possible, try to use the recommended resolution for best results.
• If any mode other than the recommended resolution is used, abnormal surfaces may be produced, but this is a characteristic of LCD panels with fixed resolution.
• Still, images left on the screen for long periods can cause damage to the screen and produce residual images. Be sure to use a screen saver. Residual images and related problems are not covered by the product warranty.
• If you have any technical problems while using the unit, please contact a professional technical service or us. The monitor is designed to be slim, so please be careful when handling it.

Buttons Functions

1. Mini HDM I Port ( 2.0 ): Receive audio/video signals.
2. Power Button :
   • ON / OFF: Long press to turn on and off the monitor.
   • RETURN / EXIT: Short press the button to exit the options you are in. ( menu/ volume/ brightness)
3. Full Function Type-C1 / Type-C2 port:
   • Supply power;
   • Transmit the audio and video signal.
   • Provides external power supply support, supports reverse charging, compatible with PD2.0 power supply protocol, and supports 5V/9V/ 12V/15V/ 19V/ 20V voltage input.
4. Menu ( Scroll Wheel Button ):
   • Menu Setup: Short press the wheel to enter the setup menu, roll the wheel upwards/downwards, you can switch between menu options; press the wheel again, you can confirm the secondary menu options you want; press the wheel for the third time, you can adjust the values of the secondary menu. Or you can short-press the power button to exit the option you choose.
   • Brightness Adjustment: When not in the setup menu, scroll up the wheel once to access the brightness settings and continue scrolling up/down to adjust the brightness level.
   • Volume Adjustment: When not in the setup menu, scroll down the wheel once to access volume settings and continue to scroll upwards/downwards, you can adjust the volume level.
5. 3.5 mm Audio Out Port: Connect to 3.5 mm-compatible external audio devices such as earbuds, and speakers.
6. Speakers: audio output.

Automatic memory function: The monitor can automatically remember your latest parameter settings, convenient for your next use.

Connecting your Monitor

Laptop/PC Connection

NOTE: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid a black or flashing screen when the power supply is not enough.

NOTE: USB-A to USB-C cable cannot be used for video transmission.
The Type-Cport of some devices does not support display and only supports charging. If it displays “No Cable”, please contact us for help ([email protected])

Laptop/PC with HDMI port

NOTE: Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid a black or flashing screen when the power supply is not enough.

Switch Connection

NOTE: The switch can not provide enough power supply for the monitor. Please use the Switch original PD charger and plug it into the Type-C port of the monitor. Or it may not work if using other chargers.

Phone Connection

NOTE

• Phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for monitors with high brightness, please plug in a wall charger to a Type-C port to power on the monitor, then plug in a USB-C cable connected to the phone to another Type-C port.
• Some phones like Google Pixel do not support video output.

NOTE: A Lightning to HDMI adapter is required for iPhone.

NOTE: Please also plug in a wall charger to the lightning port of the adapter to power on the adapter and make it work.

Menu Setup
Brightness/Volume Menu

• Scroll up the Menu Button to open the Brightness Menu.
• Scroll down the Menu Button to open the Volume Menu.

Main Menu

• Long Press the Menu button to open and display the OSD menu.
• Scroll up and down to toggle between options.
• Short Press the Menu button to select the highlighted item.
• Scroll up and down to select the desired parameter.
• Short Press the Menu button to enter the slide bar of options.
• Press the Exit button to return to the previous menu without
• Saving current settings or press the Menu button to confirm settings.

Backlight/Contract

• Backlight: Allows you to adjust the brightness or luminance of the backlight (Range: 0~100).
• Contrast: Adjust the contrast between the objects and backgrounds. (Range: 0-100).
• ECO: 6 modes (Standard/Game/Movie/RTS/FPS/TEXT)
• HDR Mode: Select On/Off to enable/disable the HDR function.
• DCR: Select On / Off to enable/disable dynamic contrast ratio.

NOTE
When the monitor is connected to phones, if there is no external power supply and the brightness is adjusted to a high value, the brightness will be automatically adjusted to 30 because of not enough power supply. Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen.

• Color Temp: Adjust the tint of the screen to Warm, Cool, User.
• Low Blue: Decreasing the blue light emitted from the display.

OSD SETTING

• Language: there are 12 language choices available.
• OSD H.POS.: Position the menu window horizontally.
• OSD V.POS.: Adjust the position of the menu window -vertically.
• OSD Timer: The menu window disappears automatically in seconds.
• Transparency: Menu window transparency settings.

RESET

Reset: Reset all display settings.
NOTE: Brightness, Contrast and ECO settings can not be adjusted if HDR is turned on (set to 2084).
OTHER

• Signal source: Signal source selection.
• VOLUME: Stimulating image while reading on the screen (Range: 0-~ 100). Volume
• setting: 0~100).
• Freesync: Monitor response speed increased switch.

Using the Duplicate/Extend/Second Screen

Windows

• Right-click on the desktop and select “Display settings”.
• Scroll down to the “Multiple Displays” option.
• Select “Duplicate these displays” “Extend these displays” or “Show only on 2” for different Modes.

How to extend a second screen on the left side?

• Right-click on the desktop and select “Display settings”.
• In the top sectign of that window. you will see an image of each screen with numbers.
• Press and hold the left mouse button drag that image to the opposite side of the image on the right and release the mouse cursor.
• Click Apply.

Rearrange your displays
Select a display below to change the settings for it. Press and hold (or select) a display, then drag to rearrange it.

Mac OS

• Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, and click Displays.
• Click the Arrangement tab.
• Make sure that the Mirror Displays checkbox isn’t selected for
• Extend Mode or is selected for Mirror Mode.

Using the Portrait / Landscape Mode

• Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
• Hold down the Cmd+Option(Alt) keys and click on “Displays”
• Look for the newly visible ‘Rotation’ drop down menu.

Windows

• Right click on the desktop and select Display settings.
• Scroll down to the “Display orientation’ option.
• Selecting “Landscape” or “Portrait”.

Troubleshooting

Black screen or No signal

1. Please use the original accessories we provide (cables and charger).
   USB 3.0 A to Type C cable does not support video signal transmission.

2. Please check if the Cable is loose, try repeatedly plugging and unplugging several times.

3. Please plug in the wall charger to Type-C port for power supply and wait for the screen displays “no signal”, then plug in the USB-C cable to another Type-C port or HDMI cable to Mini HDMI port for video signal transmission.

4. For single USB-C connection for power and display, the Type-C port of some devices like HP Elitebook, Acer Aspire does not support video output and only supports charging. Please contact us to help you confirm if your device supports.

5. Please set the display mode to Extend in Windows.

6. Connect the monitor to other devices to check if the monitor can work well with other devices.

How to connect this monitor to laptop without HDMI port like Microsoft Surface Pro, Surface Book, HP EliteBook, etc?
A (mini) DP to HDMI adapter is required to connect the monitor to your device.

Monitor keeps flashing/restarting

1. Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply If the monitor and your device are connected by single USB-C cable, some laptops and phones can not provide enough power supply for this monitor. Please plug in wall charger to Type-C port of monito for enough power supply.

I use the USB Type C to USB 3.0 A cable to connect the monitor to my device, but it displays””no signal””.
The USB Type C to USB 3.0 A cable can only be used for power supply.
This cable does not support video transmission.
My Android Phone is equipped with Type-C port. But it does not work with this monitor.

1. Phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for the monitor, please plug in the wall charger to Type-C port, then connect phone to another Type-C port by USB-C cable.
2. The Type-C port of some phones does not support display and only supports charging. For example, the Type-C port of Google phones like Pixel does not support video output. An Android to HDTV cable is required to mirror the screen. (Not included in the package)

Can the monitor work with Apple iPhone?
Yes. A Lightning to HDMI adapter is required for iPhone to work with the monitor. (Not included in thepackage)

Can this monitor work with ipad?
Yes. If the port of iPad is Type-C port, the monitor will work well with iPad by single USB-C cable. But for iPad with lightning, a lightning to HDMI adapter is required.
How to save the setting of brightness?
The monitor has automatic memory function. It will automatically save all settings when using USB-C connection or HDMI connection for display. As for single USB-C connection for power and display, if the device can not provide enough power supply for this monitor, then the monitor will reset the brightness to 30 automatically.
Why the brightness and contrast can not be adjusted?
The brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted if HDR is turned on, or ECO is set to “MOVIE, GAME, TEXT” mode or DCR is turned on.
Can I choose the sound output of my own device? I don’t want to use the speakers that come with the monitor.
When your device is connected to the monitor, the system will select the monitor’s sound by default. You can select the sound output option on your own device (if your device can be set).
