In order not to damage the components inside the monitor, please observe the following rules during installation, use and maintenance.

  1. To prevent the risk of fir o electric shock, do not expose this device to rain or moisture.
  2. Bofore using the monitor, make sure that al cables are properly connected and that the power cord is not damagad. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately
  3. Avoid dust, humidity and extreme temperatures. Do not place this device in any area whers it may be exposed to molsture. Place the device on a smooth surface.
  4. Do not insert any foreign objects or allaw any liquids to enter the openings in the housing of the device.
  5. Use the power cord provided with the monitor. If you use another power cord and it is not provided by us, ploase make sure that it msts the relevant standards. When the power cord is damaged, please contact us for replacement
  6. Please use a power adapter with a power of 15w or more for powering the monitor. and cell phone chargers and rechargeable batterie’s that meet the power supply requirements can be used to power the monitor.
  7. Do not try to open the back case of the monitor, there are no user serviceable parts inside the machine, please consult us f the monitor is abnormal.

To avoid personal injury, please observe the following rules:

  1. Do ot place the monitor on a flted table surface unless safety measures are in place.
  2. Do not drop, click or thraw objects on the screen. This can cause injury, product damage and screen damage.

To prevent fire and other injuries, plaase observe the following rules:

  1. Turn off the power to the monitor when you leave the room for a period of time.
  2. Do not allow children to throw or insert objects into the monitor.
  3. Do not install accessories that are not specifically designed for the monitor.

To prevent damage to the monitor, avoid the following situations:

  1. Hold the monitor in a place where It can be easily dropped
  2. Hold the monitor near a haat sink or heat source.
  3. The power cord is the main power isolation device and must be placed in an oasy-to-operate place.

Do ot rub the screen panel with hard objects, as this may bruise or permanently ‘damage the LCD.

Do not use your fingers to press the LOD screen for a long time, otherwise It wil produce afterglow, which will damage the screen in serious cases. Bad dots of red. reen and blue pixels may appear on the screen, but they do ot affect the display function

NOTE
When the monitor is connected to phones, if there is no external power supply and the brightness is adjusted to a high value, brightness will be automatically adjusted to 30 because of not enough power supply. Please use the wall charger to power on the monitor to avoid black or flashing screen.

How to extend a second screen on the left side?

  • Right click on the desktop and select “Display settings”

Black screen or No signal

  1. Please use the original accessories we provide (cables and charger). USB
  2. A to Type C cable does not support video signal transmission
  3. Please check if the Cable is loose, try repeatedly plugging and unplugging several times.
  4. Please plug in the wall charger to Type-C port for power supply and wait for the screen displays “no signal”, then plug in the USB-C cable to another Type-C port or HDMI cable to Mini HDMI port for video signal transmission.
  5. For single USB-C connection for power and display, the Type-C port of some devices like HP Elitebook, Acer Aspire does not support video output and only supports charging. Please contact us to help you confirm if your device supports.
  6. Please set the display mode to Extend in Windows.
  7. Connect the monitor to other devices to check if the monitor can work well with other devices.

How to connect this monitor to laptop without HDMI port like Microsoft Surface Pro, Surface Book, HP EliteBook, etc?

A (mini) DP to HDMI adapter is required to connect the monitor to your device.

Monitor keeps flashing/restarting

  1. Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply If the monitor and your device are connected by single USB-C cable, some laptops and phones can not provide enough power supply for this monitor. Please plug in wall charger to Type-C port of monito for enough power supply.

I use the USB Type C to USB 3.0 A cable to connect the monitor to my device, but it displays™no signal”.

The USB Type C to USB 3.0 A cable can only be used for power supply. This cable does not support video transmission.

My Android Phone is equipped with Type-C port. But it does not work with this monitor.

  1. Phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for the monitor, please plug in the wall charger to Type-C port, then connect phone to another Type-C port by USB-C cable.
  2. The Type-C port of some phones does not support display and only supports charging. For example, the Type-C port of Google phones like Pixel does not support video output. An Android to HDTV cabl required to mirror the screen. (Not included in the package)

Can the monitor work with Apple iPhone?

Yes. A Lightning to HDMI adapter is required for iPhone to work with the. monitor. (Not included in thepackage)

Can this monitor work with ipad?

Yes. If the port of iPad is Type-C port, the monitor will work well with iPad by single USB-C cable. But for iPad with lightning, a lightning to HDMI adapter is required.

How to save the setting of brightness?

The monitor has automatic memory function. It will automatically save all settings when using USB-C connection or HDMI connection for display. As for single USB-C connection for power and display, if the device can not provide enough power supply for this monitor, then the monitor will reset the brightness to 30 automatically.

Why the brightness and contrast can not be adjusted?

The brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted if HDR is turned on, o ECO is set to “MOVIE, GAME, TEXT” mode or DCR is turned on

Can | choose the sound output of my own device? | don’t want to use the speakers that come with the monitor.

When your device is connected to the monitor, the system will select the monitor’s sound by default. You can select the sound output option on your own device (if your device can be set).
