Section C1:
- Insert the Lithium Battery into the battery compartment.
- Remove the protective film from the monitor screen.
- Attach the monitor to the wall using the provided wall mount.
- Connect the monitor to the power supply.
Section C2:
There are two power supply options for the door entry system:
- Option 1: Power supply by batteries
- Open the battery cover on the door entry panel.
- Insert LR14 batteries (not included) into the battery compartment.
- Close the battery cover.
- Option 2: Power supply by 12V DC transformer
- Connect the 12V DC transformer (not included) to the door entry panel.
- Ensure proper wiring by following the provided diagram.
Section C4:
- Place the door entry panel and monitor close to each other.
- Test the product in its environment by ensuring a good communication between the panel and the monitor.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This manual is an integral part of your product. These instructions are provided for your safety. Read this manual carefully before installing and keep it in a safe place for future reference. Select a suitable location. Make sure you can easily insert screws and wallplugs into the wall. Do not connect your electrical appliance until your equipment is totally installed and controlled. The installation, electric connections, and settings must be made using best practices by a specialized and qualified person. The power supply must be installed in a dry place. Check the product is only used for its intended purpose.
The function of this videophone is to identify a visitor, it must not be used for street surveillance. The use of this installation must be in compliance with French law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms. It is up to the buyer to ask the CNIL about the conditions and administrative authorizations required for use outside a strictly personal context. SCS Sentinel cannot be held responsible in case of use of this product outside the laws and regulations in force.

WIRING / INSTALLATION

Monitor installation
To activate the battery, please remove the protective film from the battery prior to use. The battery needs to be replaced if it doesn’t recover its full storage capacity after recharging. When replacing the battery, make sure to use good quality re-chargeable lithium battery. Never use other batteries or conventional alkaline batteries.
Charging indoor monitor
Before initial operation, you should fully charge the indoor monitor for about
5 hours.
Outdoor station installation

Wiring diagram
- Before cabling, please strip the cables on 5 mm.
- Using a screwdriver, press the orange part on the block.
- Introduce the stripped cable into the hole and release the orange key. The cable is now in place.
OPTION 1: batteries supply – gate opening only
OPTION 2: power supply – lock opening
OPTION 3: power supply – gate opening
Please use cable not more than 1 mm². The outdoor station may be powered by the batteries OR the power supply (not included). Do not use batteries and power supply together at the same time.
Exit button (option): Activates the lock or the gate.
Test your product
- ONCE THE DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM IS POWERED, TEST ITS OPERATING.
- TEST THE PRODUCT IN ITS ENVIRONMENT
In order to ensure smooth communication, please note the following.

Installation under a porch or a covered area is recommended. Try to avoid the sunlight in the camera lens. Do not place the outdoor station directly on the metal security door, because metal will have a barrier effect on the signal. The outdoor station can be installed on the wall nearby.

Reduce the obstacle between the outdoor station and the indoor monitor. The obstacle will weaken the signal. In the case that there is an obstruction that affects transmission distance, please shorten the distance between transmitter and receiver.
Free field range -
Do not put any product of the same frequency such as a router, TV, computer, Bluetooth device or microwave oven next to our device in order to avoid causing interference and shortening of communication distance. When an outdoor station is in communication with an indoor monitor, if someone walks in the distance between 2 devices, the communication might be less effective. The indoor monitor cannot be put in a low-lying place or corner.

USE
Alarm
When someone takes the outdoor station apart from the bracket, the outdoor
station and indoor monitor will give an alarm tone. In this case, the call
button is invalid on the outdoor station. Press or on the indoor monitor to
stop alarm sounds.
The alarm time can be up to 5 minutes.

The conversation can be up to 45 seconds. After 45 seconds, the call will be disconnected automatically.

- If you press ****during the conversation, the camera will take a photo of the visitor. (Up to 100 can be stored.)

- If the outdoor station is supplied by DC 12V, the backlight of call button is on.
- If the outdoor station is supplied by battery, the backlight of call button is off.
- In the registration, calling, alarm, monitoring and intercom status, the backlight will flash.

Pairing
The pairing is not necessary when you get your videophone. It has already
been paired with factory default.
- Press the button on the outdoor unit with a pin during 5 seconds till it bleeps.
- The call button will flash in blue for 1 minute.

Troubleshooting

The board does not trigger any on the monitor. | 1- Is the monitor switched |
on?
2- Check that the door station is not too far from the monitor, see range table (take it in your hands and move closer to the monitor then call).
3- Check the state of the batteries (with weak batteries a ringing tone is triggered on the door station but not on the monitor).
4- Are you using conventional batteries called «NON RECHARGEABLE» ? (The use of rechargeable batteries is not possible on this equipment)
5- Please re-pair the elements (Menu ‘’INSCRIP’’).
The sound or video feedback is poor or non-existent.| 1- Please replace the batteries, if the batteries are weak there may be problems with audio/video transmission.
2- Is the microphone hole blocked? The microphone is located at the top of the door station.
3- Check that the door station is not too far from the monitor, see range table
P09 (take it in your hands and move closer to the monitor then call).
The autonomy of the monitor seems to be low.| 1- Has the battery cover been removed?
2- Is the blue charge indicator light on when the monitor is charging? (This light is located at the bottom right of the below the screen).

WARRANTY
Warranty 2 years
The invoice will be required as proof of purchase date. Please keep it during
the warranty period. Carefully keep the barcode and the proof of purchase,
that will be necessary to claim a warranty.
WARNINGS
- Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm around the device for sufficient ventilation.
- Be sure that the device is not blocked by paper, tablecloth, curtain or other items that would impede airflow.
- Keep matches, candles and flames away from the device.
- Product functionality can be influenced by a strong electromagnetic interference.
- This equipment is intended for private consumer use only.
- The appliance should not be exposed to dripping or splashing water; no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should I placed near the appliance.
- The mains plug is used as disconnect device and shall remain readily operable during intended use.
- The monitor and the adapter must only be used indoors.
- Connect all the parts before switching on the power.
- Only connect your appliance using the provided adapter.
