Overview

General Information

Preface:
This manual will introduce the function, safety using methods, and cautions of the EBL-999 charger.

Features

  • EBL-999 can charge 1/2/3…10 pieces AA/AAA Ni-MH Ni-CD batteries and I or 2 pieces 9V batteries.
  • Controlled by MCU, and using pulse charging, prevent overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and overheat.
  • Can be applied to global supplied voltage.

User Guide

  • Place the battery into the charger correctly by making sure the +1- pole of the battery corresponds to the +1- pole of the charger.
  • The charger can charge each battery independently.
  • When power-on, the LCD background will be bright, and dim after 0.5 seconds, when the AA/AAA batteries, the LCD will be bright again and display the charging progress for the corresponding slot.
  • When the 9V battery is placed in the charger, the LED light will show red, and then turn green after the battery is fully charged
  • The absolute OV battery can not be charged.
  • Can not charge primary alkaline or carbon-zinc batteries.

Notice

  • If the background of the LCD does not light on when charging, please check if the battery is absolute OV, and make sure the +/- pole of battery is installed correctly.
  • The new battery will reach peak performance after using 2-3 times.
  • Par of electricity was lost when batteries were stored for more than one month, please charge the battery first if long time no used.
  • It’s a normal phenomenon that the battery is warmer than room temperature while charging.
  • Children could not use this charger without an adult’s supervision.
  • Use this charger within the temperature between 0ºC and 35ºC.
  • Cutting off the power supply when the charger finishes its work.

Warning

  • Only charging for AA/AAA Ni-MH Ni-CD batteries and 9V rechargeable batteries, charging another type of batteries may cause an explosion, battery rupture or leakage, personal injury, and property damage.
  • It may cause an electric shock hazard if the charger incorrectly.
  • This charger is used indoors only, keep it away from moisture and heat.
  • Please place it under the safety place where the children cannot reach up.
  • Do not disassemble or reassemble the charger for safety reasons.
