OPERATION DESCRIPTION

Main Screen

Touch the screen anywhere in standby mode, the main page will be shown as follows:

It will show corresponding functions when pressing each icon on main screen.

Visitor Call

When door station calls in, the visitor’s image will be shown on the monitor screen and you can press the [Talk] icon to talk with the visitor and press it again to terminate the talk.

During The Talk:

• You can record a video or capture a picture from the calling door station automatically depending on the system setting.
• You can press the [Switch] icon to switch to other door station or CCTV camera, and the current talk will be terminated.
• You can press the [Transfer] icon to transfer the current call to other extension monitors

Monitor Function

When you press the [Camera] icon on main screen, the system will enter monitor mode, and will show image from the corresponding door station and CCTV camera

Remark: The [Transfer] icon will be disabled in monitor mode.

Multimedia

Image & Video Storage

• The monitor can record images and videos with inner flash storage; It also support mirco SD card
• When full, the newest image/video will automatically overwrite the oldest image/videO

Image & Video Review

Press the [Memory] icon on main screen, you can review the image/video. The image/video list with a red circle means that the image/video is not viewed. You can press the corresponding list directly to review the image/video.

Remark:

• Micro SD card must be formatted by monitor before using
• Micro SD card is excluded in the package
• The videos include both the video recorded during monitoring and recorded during motion detection

Voice Mail Function

Press the [Setting] icon on main screen and enter the [Voicemail] setting page, press [For visitor] icon ,and then you can record and review messages.

Remark: The monitor support up to two voice messages for vistitor. When full, the newest message will automatically overwrite the oldest message

Intercom Function

Press the [Intercom] icon on main screen, choose the monitor you want to call, and then press [Call] icon to start the call, and then you can talk with the corresponding monitor if the called monitor answers the call.The talking and ringtone volume for intercom can be adjusted.

Motion Detection

The monitor supports motion detection from door station or CCTV. You can enable/disable the motion detection function, set one camera as default for motion detection, set the sensitivity and frame rate and the time range of motion detection in the [Motion detection] setting page.

Schedule Do Not Disturb Function

The monitor supports scheduled do not disturb function. You can enable/disable the mute function and set the time range of do not disturb mode in [Mute] setting page.

Screensaver Function

The monitor supports a screensaver function (date & time display in standby mode). You can enable/disable the screensaver function in the [General] setting page.

Wi-Fi Function

Add Device Method1

1. Enter the main setting page enter the WiFi setting connect the device to the WiFi network in “SSID”
2. Download and Open the application “Seethru Pro+”
3. Click the “+” icon, and scan the QR code of the device UID (Note: the QR code in the wifi page)
4. After you scan QR code of the monitor, the APP will query whether the device is online. And if the device is online, you can press [Add] to add the device. Or you have to check whether the device has connected to Wi-Fi network
5. After you add it successfully, you can set device name and save

Method2

1. Enter the main setting page enter the WiFi setting
2. Download and Open the application “Seethru Pro+”
3. Click the “+” icon, and scan the QR code of the device UID (Note: the QR code in the wifi page)
4. After you scan QR code of the monitor, reset the wifi setting and press ‘reset success’ on the APP
5. Enter the WIFI name and password your phone connected,then click ‘next’
6. Turn up the volume and put the phone near the device,until you see the icon of the device connected to the network,then press ‘continue’

Remark:

• The UID of the monitor is unique.
• In order to ensure normal connection, all permissions of the app needs to be allowed.

Control the Monitor Through the APP

1. Enter the [Wifi] setting page of the monitor, and choose immediately in [Call forward];
2. When door panel calls in, the mobile phone will receive message and show ringing page;
3. Press the accept icon and talk with the visitor;
4. Press the lock icon and then you can release the door lock

Call Forwarding Latency

1. When the monitor is in [WiFi] setting page,select “call forwarding latency” item to set the time for call forwarding latency;
2. When door station calls in,the cellphone will receive message and show ringing page;
3. Press the accept icon and talk with the visitor;
4. Press the lock icon and input the password, and then you can release the door lock.

Setting Page

Press the [Setting] icon on main screen or slide the main page to the right or left,and then the screen will enter main setting page.

• In [Time] setting page,you can set the date&time of the monitor and select the date format.
• In [Mute] setting page,you can enable/disable the mute function and set the time range of do not disturb mode
• In [General] setting page,you can set the language of the monitor and restore system to factory settings (except date & time, intercom address).You can also enable/disable the screensaver function
• In [Voicemail] setting page,you can select one voicemail for visitor as the message to play in [Leaving] mode and delete all voicemails for visitor.You can also record and review voice message
• In [WiFi] setting page, you can turn [WiFi] on or off and set call forwarding latency for the monitor,you can also reset WiFi settings
• In [Rec] setting page,you can turn [Monitor record] on or off and select picture or video record mode
• In [Melody] setting page,you can set the ring melody for CAM1/CAM2/Intercom and set ring time
• In [Memory] setting page,you can delete all images or videos in the micro SD card or FLASH,copy all images/videos in the FLASH to micro SD card and format micro SD card
• In [Motion detection] setting page,you can turn [Motion detection] on or off, set one camera as default for motion detection,set frame rate,motion detection sensitivity and time range of motion detection
• In [Address] setting page,you can set the intercom address of the monitor.The address of different monitors in one network cannot be duplicated

Remark

• To record and review voicemail message, please see 7.4.3 If you want to use voicemail function normally,you should make sure that the mode of monitor is “Leaving”
• Once a moving object is detected, the monitor will record a video automatically(the duration of recording video depends on the frame rate). When monitoring door station or CCTV, motion detection will pause until the monitoring ends

INSTALLATION

• Monitor installation location Standard monitor installation height is about 1,500mm where screen center is at eye level; in this case, wall-hanging metal center is 1,450mm above ground level.
• Wiring and installation of indoor monitor
  1. Remove mounting bracket behind monitor and fix it on the wall with screw;
  2. Pull the cable out and connect the system according to 4.2 wiring diagram;
  3. Hang the monitor on the mounting bracket;
  4. Plug DC adapter’s power plug into power socket.

PRECAUTIONS

• Do not place the monitor into the environment with high temperature and damp places.
• Protect the lens of outdoor camera unit from direct sun light to avoid pale picture on the monitor.
• Do not use the equipment when with vibrations environment. Protect the equipment from falls.

Note: The outdoor unit is suitable to install only inside the building. Do not install it in open area. Other wise There is risk of damage to product.

INFORMATION ON E-WASTE HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT

The Ministry of Environment and Forests have published The E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 which comes in e?ect from 1st May 2012. E-waste is defined as any electrical or electronic component of products in whole or in part, or rejects from their manufacturing or repair process which are intended to be discarded.  These rules apply to every producer; consumer or bulk consumer involved in the manufacture, sale, and purchase and processing of electrical and electronic equipment or components as specified in Schedule 1 (please refer to our website www.godrej.com under the Green Think’ sec of Godrej Security Solutions Division Page for more details). Under these rules, specific roles and responsibilities are defined for producers, consumers recycles handling and managing e-waste. E-waste is to be managed in an environmentally sound manner which means, taking steps to ensure that health and the environment are protected from adverse of hazardous substance contained in such wastes. Rule 6 of the E-waste (Management and Handling) Rules 2010 states that bulk consumers of electrical and electronic equipment shall be responsible for recycling of the e-waste generated by them. Bulk consumers means bulk users of electronic and electrical equipment such as Central Government or State Government Departments, public sector undertakings, banks, educational institutions, multinational organizations, and international agencies, private companies that are registered under the Factories Act, 1948 and Companies Act, 1956. The bulk consumers have to ensure that the e-waste generated by them is channelized to authorised collection centres or is taken back by the producers. They shall maintain records of e-waste generated by them in Form 2 and make such records available for scrutiny by the State Pollution Control or the Pollution Control Committee concerned. All consumers of electrical and electronic equipment irrespective of their status as bulk consumers or not, shall ensure that e-waste generated by them is channelized to authorized collection centers (s) or registered dismantler(s), or recycler(s) or is returned to the pick¬up/take back services provided by the producers. All our products intended to be recycled under the category of e-waste (as defined above) carry a label or stamp of the WEEE symbol (A wheelie bin with a cross), which states that it falls under the hazardous waste category and is not to be disposed of along with normal garbage.
