Product Usage Instructions
Charging Your SoloCam
To charge your SoloCam, follow these steps:
- Use a 5V/2A charger to connect the USB-C charging port of the camera.
- The LED indicator will turn solid blue during charging.
- The LED indicator will turn off when the camera is fully charged.
- The charging time for a full charge is approximately 4.5 hours.
Setting Up the System
To set up the system, follow these steps:
- Download and install the eufy Security app from your app store.
- Sign in to your existing account or create a new one.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add the camera to your device list.
Mounting Your SoloCam
To mount your SoloCam, follow these steps:
Select a Location
This camera can be mounted on a wall. Choose a location that provides the desired view. It is recommended to mount the camera 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above the ground to achieve up to 26 ft (8 m) of motion detection range.
Mount the Camera
This camera can be mounted both outdoors and indoors. Follow these steps:
- Loosen the cover of the mounting bracket by turning it counterclockwise and disassemble the mounting bracket.
- For walls made of hard materials like stucco, brick, or concrete, drill holes using a 15/64 inch (6mm) drill bit and insert anchors into the holes. Skip this step for soft surfaces like wood.
- Firmly screw the base of the mount onto the wall and reassemble the mounting bracket.
- Screw the camera onto the mounting bracket and adjust it to achieve the desired view. Use the live stream in the eufy Security app to check the camera’s positioning.
The C210 SoloCam can also be installed on the ceiling by following the same steps as above. For troubleshooting, refer to the Help section in the eufy Security app. Check the app page for LED indicator status.

SETTING UP THE SYSTEM
- Download and install the eufy Security app, then sign in or create an account.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add the camera to the device list.
MOUNTING YOUR SOLOCAM
Select a Location
This camera can be mounted on a wall. Select a location where you can get the
desired view.
We recommend mounting the camera 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above the ground to achieve
up to 26 ft of motion detection range.

This camera can be mounted both outdoors and indoors.
