Product Usage Instructions
Connection

Usage Instruction
- Don’t attempt to disassemble the unit and change any part, except there is operation method mentioned In the manual.
- Don’ t expose the unit to liquid, moisture or humidity, since it is not a waterproof product.
- Disconnect the unit with your Bluetooth device and move it to the safe area if the liquid get Inside the unit.
- Don’t assemble or disassemble the unit to avoid electric shock, if there is water on your hands.
- Don’t expose the unit to extremely high temperatures or dispose of the unit In fire as it will result in an explosion.
- Don’t place the unit in an electromagnetic Interference environment to avoid malfunction.
Operation Instruction

Turn On:
- Method 1: Bring both earphones out from the charging case, the earphones will turn on automatically.
- Method 2: Press and hold on the touch zone 3s to turn on the earphones
Note: When the earphone is undercharging, it can not be turned on.

Turn Off:
- Method 1: Press and hold on the touch zone 3s to turn off the earphone.
- Method 2: Put the earphone back into the charging case, the earphone will turn off automatically.
Note: The earphones will turn off if it has not received a signal for approx.5 minutes. The earphones will turn off if the distance exceeds 10-12M and no signal received within approx. 5 minutes.

TWS Pairing (R &L earphones TWS Pairing)
Bring both earphones out from the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other successfully within 1mins.
Note: if R&L earphones do not pair successfully after turn on for a while, press and hold on the touch zone on both earphones 6-8s to turn off the earphones. Then turn on both earphones again, they will pair with each other automatically. -
Two earbuds automatic switch:
After left and right earbuds paired, any one earbuds put in the charging case,it will turn off. The earbud not put in charging case,still work normally. -
Connect with BT:
Turn on the device of BT and find “T20” to pair. -
Playing music
After connecting successfully, the operation is as follows:- Previous track; Short press the touch zone of left Earpod 2 times will return you to the previous track
- Next track: Short press the touch zone of right Earpod 2 times will take you to the next track
- Increase Volume: Short press the touch zone of right Earpod 3 times to increase the volume
- Decrease Volume: Short press the touch zone of left Earpod 3 times to decrease the volume
- Pause/Play : Short press the touch zone of one Earpod will resume the music

Hands free function (two earbuds paired)
- Answer incoming call: Short press the touch zone of any Earpod to answer an Incoming call.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press the touch zone of any Earpod for 2 seconds and release
- End call: After your phone conversation, Short press the touch zone of any Earpod..

Handsfree function (Single earbud)
- Answer incoming call: Short press the touch zone of any Earpod to answer an incoming call.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press the touch zone of any Earpod for 2 seconds and release.
- End call: After your phone conversation, Short press the touch zone of any Earpod.

Active SIRI voice assistant:(Only support IOS system)
- Activate voice assistant: touch the touch zone for 2S to turn on.
- turn off voice assistant: after activate the voice function, short press button for 2S to turn off.

Charging earbuds
when earbuds put in the charging case, The display will show whether it is being charged, and when it is fully charged, the display bar will automatically turn off. -
Charge the charging case
Charge the charging case. The display will show thecharging progress and 100 when fully charged.
(Note: Be sure to use a 5V1A adapter to charge the charging case. It is prohibited to use other adapters with a voltage higher than 5V)

Warranty statement
No warranty service will be provided if the headset is damaged due to the following reasons:
- Abnormal use: the headband and microphone handle cable of the headset are broken, the s ignal cable is broken, and the ear shell is broken.
- Improper storage: For example, the earphones are exposed to high temperature, high humidity, high voltage, strong electromagnetic field and other environments for a long time, which makes the speakers, microphones and batteries aging and damaged rapidly.
- Maintenance not authorized by the company.
- Do not disassemble or modify the equipment and its accessories without authorization, other wise, themodified equipment and accessories will not be covered by our warranty.
- Please read the instructions carefully before using this product.
- If the contents recorded in the warranty card are inconsistent with the product, no warranty service will be provided.
- Earphone sleeves, earmuffs, sponge pads, and scr atches on the shell are not covered by the warranty. Please bring this card and valid purchase certificate when requesting warranty service. Please keep this card and valid purchasevoucher properly. Please do not modify the warranty card and purchase voucher otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
