SAFETY INFORMATION

- Never touch a heating pad that has fallen into the water. Unplug the unit from the main outlet immediately.
- Keep the mains lead away from hot surfaces.
- Never carry, pull or turn the heat pad by the mains lead and do not let the lead getangled.
- Do not use the heat pad when wet and only use it in dry environments (not in the bathroom or similar environments).
- The controls and leads must not be exposed to any kind of moisture.
- lf a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized specialist dealer or other suitably qualified personnel.
- lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-facturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- A damaged power supply cable must be replaced with a power cable of the same type.
- Heat pad may only be operated with the control unit (SSO3) supplied.
- When storing the heat pad, allow it to cool down before folding.

OPERATION
Plug the unit inia the mains outlet and move the slider contra from position O to position 1. The power LED will light up in . After a few minutes, you will be able lo feel the pad getting noticeably warmer. lf you require a higher temperature setting, move the switch lo the next positions 2, orto the maximum heat setting, position 6. lf the pad gets tao hot for you, move the slider back lo position 2 or 1, After a short while the heating pad cools down noticeably. To switch the unii off, move the switch back lo position O. The power LED will go out, indi-cating that the unit is switched off. Unplug the unit from the main outlet. The heat pad will switch off automatically after approx. 90 minutes of continuous use. To switch it back on again, move the slider contrai lo position O and then back lo the desired heat setting. Unplug the unit from the mains outlet once you have finished using it.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Heat pad
- Before cleaning the pad, unplug it from the mains outlet and let it cool down for at least ten minutes.
- The heating pad is equipped with a detachable cable. Disconnect the plug and remove the cable from the heatingpad.
- The heating pad can be machine washed at 30° in a delicate programme or by hand gently. The best way to do this is to put the heated.
- Rinse the heating pad several times to remove all the detergent.
- Store the unit in a clean and dry place, laid out flat with nothing covering or resting on top ofit.

To clean and maintain the heat pad:
- Unplug the heat pad from the power source.
- Allow the heat pad to cool completely.
- Wipe the surface of the heat pad with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
