Product Usage Instructions

Charging Your SoloCam:
To charge your SoloCam, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are using a 5V/2A charger.
  2. When charging, the LED indicator will be solid blue.
  3. The LED indicator will turn off once the camera is fully charged.
  4. The charging time for a full charge is approximately 4.5 hours.

Setting Up the System:
To set up the system, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the eufy Security app from your app store.
  2. Sign in to your account or create a new one if you don’t have an account yet.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to add the camera to your device list.

Mounting Your SoloCam:
To mount your SoloCam, follow these steps:

Select a Location:
This camera can be mounted on a wall. Select a location that provides the desired view. It is recommended to mount the camera 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above the ground to achieve up to 26 ft (8 m) of motion detection range.

Mount the Camera:

  1. Loosen the cover of the mounting bracket by turning it counterclockwise and disassemble the mounting bracket.
  2. For walls made of hard materials like stucco, brick, or concrete, use a 15/64 inch (6mm) drill bit to drill holes and insert anchors into the holes. Skip this step if mounting on soft surfaces like wood.
  3. Firmly screw the base of the mount onto the wall and reassemble the mounting bracket.
  4. Screw the camera onto the mounting bracket. Adjust the camera position to achieve the desired view by checking the live stream in the eufy Security app.
    Note: The C210 SoloCam can also be installed on the ceiling following the same steps as above. Refer to the eufy Security app for LED indicator status and troubleshooting assistance.

Mount the Camera

This camera can be mounted both outdoors and indoors.

  1. Loosen the cover of the mounting bracket by turning it counterclockwise and disassemble the mounting bracket.

  2. Screw the camera onto the mounting bracket. Position the camera to achieve the desired view, checking it using the live stream in the eufy Security app.

The C210 SoloCam can also be installed on the ceiling. Follow the steps above to install it. For troubleshooting, check Help on the eufy Security app. Refer to the app page for LED indicator status.

SAFETY

  • The suitable temperature for devices and accessories is -20°C to 50°C (Charging temperature is 0°C to 40°C).
  • Unless specifically indicated that it is safe to do so in the user guide or instruction manual, do not use this device in an environment that exceeds the recommended low or high temperature.
  • Unless specifically indicated that it is safe to do so in the user guide or instruction manual, avoid exposing your device to direct sunshine or excessively wet environments.
  • It is recommended to supply the device in an environment with a temperature that ranges from 5°C to 25°C.
  • When supplying power, place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation.

    THERE IS A RISK OF EXPLOSION IF AN INCORRECT BATTERY TYPE IS USED. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.
