We design all play sets in the USA, using foam made in Mexico and fabric covers made in China. They come with a 1 year warranty, so you can play with peace of mind.
How long does it take for the cushions to fully expand?
Although your play set will expand within 48 hours, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to reach its full potential. Due to package compression, you might notice some wrinkles in fabric or corners at first. We recommend using your play set as soon as it looks comfy, since movement helps the foam regain its shape,
How do I clean my play set?
Unzip and remove the covers to clean. Machine wash with cold water, on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron. Spot clean foam with a damp cloth. We recommend checking additional care instructions on the sewn-in tag.
Why does my play set have an odd smell?
Your play set was immediately packaged for your protection, which can result in a slight new smell once opened. This smell is harmless and disappears quickly

What does this limited warranty cover?

Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Yourigami™ kids play sets are designed to be used exclusively indoors and are intended for lounging purposes only. The Limited Warranty does not cover the product if used in a manner incompatible with the intended design and function. Yourigami™ kids play sets are intended for children at least 4 years old and above. When using Yourigami™ kids play sets

Size differences between foam pieces of the same type greater than one Winch ditterence. Anv Dhvsical derect in the roam areater than one i inch that causes the roam material to deteriorate one (1) inch difference. Any physical defect in the foam greater than one (1) inch that causes the foam material to deteriorate, despite normal use and handling. Tears in the seams. Zippers that malfunction and cannot be opened or closed with normal use of the material.

What will Yourigami do?
If a covered defect occurs during the Limited Warranty period, Yourigami will repair or replace (at Yourigami's option) the defective product. If a replacement is required, Yourigami reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if a similar product is not available. Products will be replaced only once during the Limited Warranty period. The Limited Warranty period is valid from the date of your original purchase and only covers one replacement during the one (1) year period.
What is not covered by this warranty?
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: Imperfections of the fabric cover; internal lining thread runs or discoloration; color difference between products from different orders; normal discoloration; difference in foam between products from different orders; and/or any abuse or unsanitary product condition or damage caused by improper use or care. Failure to follow the manufacturer's use and care instructions may void this Limited Warranty. Yourigami does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition or that it will protect the user against bacteria, viruses, or other disease organisms. Incidental or consequential damages are also not recoverable under this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yourigami be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever in any way arising out of the use, or inability to use, the product.Yourigami reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.All warranties contained herein are void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear. The Limited Warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged, intentionally or due to accident or neglect; including but not limited to damage caused by burns, cuts, water, stains, or bodily fluids.This Limited Warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature (elasticity). These aspects do not affect the pressure relieving qualities of the foam.The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Yourigami makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Yourigami does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this Limited Warranty.
