( How to ensure uniformity of heating and cooling )
The Magma Heating Wrap is designed with evenly divided compartments spread
throughout the product. The filling is composed of millets which may shift
during transportation and storage. For best results, we highly recommend
shaking the Magma Wrap to distribute the millets evenly before use. The
millets can be shifted through the gaps on the outer part of the unit, as
shown in the picture. Since the product contains natural contents, it is
recommended to heat the product in the microwave 3 times, with a 20-minute
break each time, to remove noxious odors. Put the Magma Wrap into the storage
bag and place it in the center of the microwave. Microwave for 1 minute and 30
seconds. Wait 20 minutes. Repeat 2 more times.

Please read carefully and save all of the instructions. Do not use the Magma
Wrap for any other use, except its intended use. Do not leave your Magma Wrap
unattended while heating. The microwaved item may actually be much hotter
inside than it seems by touch – so use caution when taking it out. As
microwave ovens differ, it may be necessary to adjust temperature and time
settings. The heating of this item should only be carried out by an adult. Not
to be used by children, or individuals with health conditions. Do not use on
sensitive skin, or areas insensitive to heat. Discard if found worn or
damaged.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Magma Microwavable Heating Wrap contains millets and lavender.
Please do not wash or wet the wrap. You can only clean the visible spots or
stains by hand. Do not subject the Magma Wrap to any dry cleaning, wet
cleaning, or hand-washing. Please make sure that the Magma Wrap and storage
bag a re-clean and dry before heating them in the microwave. Place the Magma
Wrap inside the storage bag and then onto a clean, dry plate. Make sure that
the storage bag with the Magma Wrap inside is folded so that no parts touch
the sides of the microwave.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Put the Magma Wrap into the storage bag and place the bag in the center of the microwave.
Please make sure that the microwave is thoroughly clean.
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds (1:30). Turn the bag over after 45
seconds (0:45) and continue heating the remaining time.
Heating time frames are based on a 1000W microwave. Please adjust
according to your microwave power. Before use, check carefully the temperature
of the Magma Wrap. If not warm enough, microwave again for 30 seconds.
Never exceed a total heating time of 3 minutes. If it is too hot, allow
time for the Magma Wrap to cool down. Shake the product to distribute its
contents evenly before carefully placing it around your neck and shoulders.
Your Magma Wrap is now ready to wear! Expect 20 minutes of warm muscle
relaxation.
Allow your Magma Wrap to cool at room temperature before heating again.
COOLING INSTRUCTIONS
Put the Magma Wrap into the storage bag and place it in the freezer.
Chill the Magma Wrap in the freezer for 2 hours. Leave it in the freezer
for a longer period if additional cooling is required. Take the Magma Wrap out
from the freezer. Carefully touch to test. If too cold, allow the product to
warm up at room temperature before using it. The Magma Wrap is now ready to
wear!
Shake the product to distribute the contents evenly before carefully placing it around your neck and shoulders. Now relax and enjoy! Expect 10 minutes of cooling therapy. You can put your Wrap back into the freezer at any time.

TIPS
Once the Magma Wrap is heated or chilled, it is ready for use. Place the unit over your shoulders and raise the collar around your neck. Sit back and relax as the Magma Wrap soothes you. The Wrap stays in place while walking, standing, or sitting. It is best to keep a good posture while using the product.
