Installation

Step1:
Drill holes on the mark.

Step2:

Put the protector sleeves into the holes.

Step3:

Insert the wire cables into the sleeves.

Note

Only for use with intermediate wooden posts, cannot be used for terminal end posts.
1 /8″ protector sleeves only fit 1 /8″ wire cables; 3/16″ protector sleeves can fit 1 /8″, 5/32″, and 3/16″ wire cables.
Only for use in horizontal cable railing systems.

Installation

Step1 :

Drill holes with our Drill Jig (DG12) on the mark.

Step2:

Put the angle protector sleeves into the holes.

Step3:

Insert the wire cables into the sleeves.

Note

All angle protector sleeves are only suitable for 1/8″ wire cable .. Only for use with intermediate wooden posts, cannot be used for terminal end posts.
Choose the correct angle protector sleeves according to the angle of your stairs or ramps.

Installation tips

Measure, Mark, and Drill Divide the height of the wooden pillar into equal sections and mark them, then drill holes. (It is recommended to have a 3-inch spacing between each hole.)
Measure, Cut Wire Rope Measure the distance between the edge of the two end post, and cut the wire cable to be 1-1 /2″ shorter than that distance.
Drill the half-threaded of Left & right lag screws into the holes of the L & R post respectively.
Insert the cable and secure it in place by crimping with hydraulic tool. ( Die

4 or #6 for crimping 1/8″ wire rope .)
for Horizontal Middle Post Drill holes through the wooden post with 6.5mm drill bit, then insert level protective sleeves and put the cable through it.
for Angle Middle Post Drill holes through the wooden post with 6.5mm drill bit by the drill jig(DG12), then insert angle protective sleeves and put the cable through it.
Screw the L handed thread swage lag screw into the left post, while simultaneously rotating the R handed thread swage lag screw into the right post in the same direction . This way is to avoid cable twisted .

Note

The maximum distance between two end posts is 16 Feet.
The post spacing between two posts max 4 Feet.
The cable spacing between the 2 cable runs (upper and lower ) is 3″.
