- Log in to myadt.ca
- Tap on [Home]
- Tap on [Place on Test]
- Enter your expiration date and time
- Enter your password
- Tap on [Yes-Proceed]
- Gather the necessary parts: one CR123A 3volt lithium battery and a small flathead screwdriver.
- Use the small flathead screwdriver to gently press into the bottom of the sensor to release the cover.
- The alarm panel may start beeping. You can silence the alarm by entering your code.
- Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR123A 3volt lithium battery.
- Place the top part of the sensor on the back plate first, ensuring it aligns correctly, then press down to click the sensor into place.
- Arm and disarm the alarm to clear any panel alerts.
