SAFETY AND WARNINGS
WARNING:
Riding an electric scooter can be a dangerous activity. Certain conditions may
cause components to fail without fault of the manufacturer. Scooter can and is
intended to move and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall off and/or
get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or
expertise can eliminate. If such a thing does occur you can become seriously
injured or die, even when using safety equipment and other safety precautions.
APPROPRIATE RIDING ATTIRE

Check and obey any local laws or regulations which may affect the locations where the electric scooter may be used.

Always ride defensively. Watch out for obstacles that could catch your wheel or force you to turn suddenly or lose control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians, other wheeled products (such as skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, etc.),
children or animals who may enter your path. Always respect the rights and property of others. -
Do not attempt or perform stunts or tricks on this electric scooter. This product Is not made to withstand abuse from jumping, curb grinding or any other type of misuse or stunts.

Maintain a hold with both hands on the handlebars at all times.

Never allow more than one person at a time to ride the scooter.

Never ride while using a cell phone or wearing headphones.

Ride only on flat, dry surfaces such as pavement or level ground without loose debris, such as sand, leaves, rocks or gravel. Water, mud, ice, bumpy, uneven, slick, or rough surfaces could impair traction and contribute to possible loss of control. Avoid excessive speeds that can occur from downhill rides which could cause loss of control.
Before each ride the following checks will need to be performed to the scooter:
- Ensure that the brake system is functioning properly.
- That all components are properly secured and are functioning according to manufactures specifications.
- Components shall be maintained and repaired in accordance with the manufacturers authorized replacement parts with installation performed by dealers or other skilled individuals.
CHARGING THE BATTERY:
- The first battery charging should take approx. 8 hours.
- Further charging should take approx. 6 hours.
- The scooter should also be charged when not used: at least once a month.
Warning! Do not mix old batteries with new ones. Never store the batteries at a temperature of over 21 or below 0°C. Make sure the batteries are disposed of using special containers.
- 1Make sure the power switch is turned off.
- Plug the charger. The indicator on the charger is red during charging. If the indicator turns green, the scooter is charged.

INSTALLATION
Required keys and wrenches: socket wrench 5 mm, 10 mm, hex key
- Put the steering column on its base (the locking mechanism should be inserted into a hole in the column frame).
- Rotate the clamping ring as shown above.
- Secure the handlebars on the support as shown above.
HELMET, PATCHES, REFLECTIVE ELEMENTS
Ride the scooter wearing a helmet and (ankle and knee) patches. You should also wear reflective elements. Never use the scooter at night, in fog, and when there is reduced visibility.
MAINTENANCE
BRAKES
Check if the brakes operate properly before every scooter use.
FRAME, FORKS, AND HANDLEBARS
Before every use check if the frame, forks, and handlebars are not damaged,
i.e. there are no cracks or paint damage.
TYRES
Check the tread of the tires periodically.
BATTERIES
Always turn the power off when the scooter is not used.
BRAKE LINE ADJUSTMENT:
Brake adjustment: a 10 mm socket wrench is required.
- To tighten the line, screw in the adjustment screw clockwise, and to loosen it, screw the adjustment screw anticlockwise.
- If it is impossible to tighten the line using the screw on the brake holder, loosen the screw and tighten the line as shown above.
Warning! Ride at a speed at which you can always stop safely.
BELT AND REAR WHEEL REPLACEMENT
- Use the hex key to remove 4 screws on both sides of the rear wheel axle cover
- Remove the screw locking the brake lines with a 10 mm socket wrench
- Remove the screw with a screwdriver. Then loosen the rear wheel axle nuts and remove the rear wheel roller. Move the wheel forward.
- Install the set exactly as shown above.
- Remove the motor screws with a 5 mm wrench. Push the motor out of the frame and adjust the belt. Tighten the screws previously removed in the correct order.
- Mount the wheel to the frame and put the belt on the roller. Do not tighten the axle screws yet. Secure the brake clamp; do not tighten the nuts at this stage.
- Adjust the position of the wheel, then tighten the axle nuts with a 13 mm wrench.
- Mount the brake line clamp with a screwdriver.
- Adjust the tension of the brake line and tighten the nut.
- Install the covers with a 4 mm hex key. Be careful not to tighten the screws too much.
BELT ADJUSTMENT
- Use a 4 mm hex key to remove the real wheel covers on both sides.
- Remove the screw with a screwdriver. Then loosen the rear wheel axle nuts and remove the rear wheel roller. Move the wheel forward.
- Rotate the shim in order to adjust the tension of the belt.
- Adjust the wheel with 13 mm socket wrenches, then tighten the brake clamp with a screwdriver and a 8 mm socket wrench.
- Install the covers with a 4 mm hex key. Be careful not to tighten the nuts too much.
FRONT WHEEL REPLACEMENT
- Use 5 mm hex keys to remove the screw as shown above.
- Install the new wheel set as shown above.
- Install the wheel on the fork.
