Troubleshooting Steps
Please ensure that the cuff is wrapped with the tube running along the inside of the arm, the cuff at a tightness so flush to the skin (no clothing between cuff and arm) with the ability to just fit 2 fingers underneath the cuff, please ensure arm is resting on a hard flat surface (such as a table) at a right angle and the customer has sat calmly and quietly for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. We also advise taking the average of 3 readings to get the most accurate reading. Blood Pressure can also fluctuate throughout the day.
