Mincemeat
Make sure you assemble and use the mincer according to Fig. 2.
After using, clean and dry the appliance completely.
Put a thin layer of cooking oil on the metal parts to prevent oxidation.
Thoroughly clean them before the next use.
The meat mincer is intended for mincing raw or cooked meat.
When the meat gets stuck in the hopper, follow the steps below to reset:
- Switch off and unplug the appliance.
- Detach the hopper assembly.
- Clear the blockage.
- Reassemble the hopper.
- Connect the power plug to the power supply and reselect the desired speed.
Note
- Never grind bones, nuts, or other hard ingredients.
- Never use frozen meat! Before you grind the meat, defrost it to room temperature.
- Do not push too much meat or exert too much pressure when pushing the meat into the hopper. This can avoid overloading the appliance.
Tip
- Remove bones, gristle, and sinews out of the meat to avoid blockage during grinding.
Make sausages
Make sure you assemble and use the appliance according to Fig. 3.
Note
- Mince meat first before making saugages.
- Make sure that the projections on the hopper align with the notches of the motor.
- Do not block the air outlet grooves of the sausage horn.
- Do not make the sausages too thick in case the sausage skin is overstretched.
- Keep the sausage skin wet to prevent it from sticking on the sausage horn.
