- Polish: Simulates a polishing effect to smooth the surfaces of your teeth.
- Deep Clean: Use most powerful frequency to resist the load and 3 minutes timer to remove the stubborn plaques.
- Soft: Cleans less intensely and is perfect for people with sensitive gums and teeth. We recommend using a Sensitive Brush Head (S) in this mode.
Bass Brushing Method
The Bass brushing method is a proven brushing technique that targets your gumline, making it especially effective at reducing plaque and gingivitis.
-
In one quadrant of your mouth, tilt the bristles at a 45° angle (pointed slightly under your gumline) and brush the front of your teeth for 10 seconds in a back-and-forth motion. [Figure 1.1]
Make sure the bristles reach the area between your gums and teeth. -
Repeat this on the backside of the same teeth, again brushing for 10 seconds.
-
Brush the top of the same teeth for 10 seconds.
-
Repeat steps 1 to 3 on each quadrant of your mouth. [Figure 1.2]
Using the Toothbrush
NOTE: Fully charge the toothbrush before first use (see Charging the Toothbrush, page 9).
-
Firmly insert the brush head onto the toothbrush handle. Make sure there is a gap between the brush head and handle. [Figure 2.1]
a. For general use, use a Premium Brush Head (W).
b. For sensitive teeth, use a Sensitive Brush Head (S). -
Apply toothpaste to the bristles of the brush head. [Figure 2.2]
-
Place the brush head onto your teeth and press Power/Mode to turn the toothbrush on.
a. Optionally, continue pressing (within 3 seconds) to cycle through the brushing modes: Clean, Whiten, Polish, Deep Clean, Soft, and toothbrush off.
b. When the toothbrush is turned off, it will remember the previously selected brushing mode.
NOTE:- Pressing Power/Mode within 3 seconds will change the brushing mode.
- Pressing Power/Mode after 3 seconds will turn off the toothbrush.
-
Proceed to brush your teeth. The toothbrush will automatically pause at 30-second intervals to remind you to switch quadrants of your mouth.
a. We recommend using the Bass Brushing Method (see page 7). -
After 2 minutes of brushing, the toothbrush will automatically turn off.
-
Rinse the brush head and place the toothbrush in a cool, dry place.
Charging the Toothbrush
When the battery level is low, the charging indicator light will flash red when the toothbrush is turned off.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port and plug into a powered wall adapter or USB port. The charging indicator light will slowly pulsate red.
- When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator light will turn solid red. It takes approximately 3–4 hours to fully charge the toothbrush.
Changing the Brush Head
The bristles in the middle of the brush head naturally turn white after 3 months to remind you to change the brush head.
-
Pull to remove the old brush head from the toothbrush handle.
-
Firmly insert the new brush head onto the toothbrush handle.
NOTE: Make sure there is a gap between the brush head and handle.
