S02 3-In-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger

Note: To ensure charging 3 devices safely and efficiently, you must use an 18W adapter and quick charging cable (which include in the package). Otherwise, you may not charge 3  devices at the same time, which also may damage the wireless charger.

How to Use

  1. Connect the adapter and type-c cable to power the wireless charger.
  2. Put devices on the corresponding wireless charging area.

Product Features

  1. Compatible for iPhone 12/13 Series magnetic wireless charging, Qi enables phone, watch, and earbuds wireless charging.
  2. Support 15W wireless fast charging for phones, and 3W wireless charging for earbuds.
  3. The magnetic charging position can be rotated 30°, allowing you to adjust the phone viewing angle.
  4. The 18W adapter comes with a wireless charger to support charging a phone, watch, or earbuds three devices at the same time. If you want to charge two phones simultaneously and achieve fast charging, need to use a 35W adapter.
  5. Put the devices into the corresponding charging area correctly, and the color indicator of the corresponding area will be on (red for mobile phone, green for earbuds, blue for watch).
  6. When metal foreign objects are detected, the color indicators corresponding to the positions of the mobile phone and headphone flash, and the color indicators corresponding to the position of the watch are off. When over-temperature protection is detected, the yellow light flashes.

Precautions

  1. To achieve fast charging, please use a qualified power adapter and fast charging cable, otherwise, it may cause unstable charging.
  2. If charging stops due to overheating, please remove the charging devices, and try to recharge after cooling down.
  3. Do not put metal objects or magnetic cards on the charging pad, which may cause damage or abnormality of the charger.
  4. Do not clean the product unless making sure it is powered off.
  5. Do not disassemble the wireless charger by yourself, please contact us if necessary.
  6. Do not use the product in high temperature, humid or corrosive environments.

FAQ & Solution

How does magnetic wireless charging work?****

– Firstly make sure your phone has the magnetic charging function, just need to put the phone in the magnetic charging area. Or if your phone doesn’t have a magnetic charging function, also can put on the earbuds/phone charging area to achieve wireless charging.

If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following?****

– (1)The back of your phone should not have any metal, magnetic or credit cards. (2)Put the phone in the center of the charging surface, and move your phone slightly to find the best charging position (let the charging coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger). (3)The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the center. (4)Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging. (5)Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following?

– (1)Please restart your cell phone and test with other USB cables. (2)Please check whether the indicator light is on or not. (3)Please make sure the devices are placed in the proper position.

If you’re using the wireless charger with the QC3?****

-an adapter as suggested and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try this: (1)Replacing the cable connecting with your wireless charger. (2)Rebooting your phone. (3)Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.

Charging is still slow?

– The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different,or the application running consumption is large while the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.

The phone is charging intermittently, or is the indicator light flashing?

– It may the charging current is not enough, please use an adapter with sufficient power of 9V/2A or 18W above.

Charging fever?

– It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the wireless charger is too hot, please take your phone off it. When the wireless charger is cooled down, you can charge it again. 8.If there are other problems, please contact our after-sales for a solution.
