Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Remove Factory Front Bumper

Using a #55-star head bit, carefully remove the factory front bumper from your vehicle. Make sure to save all existing hardware for later use.

Step 2: Install the Classic Rock Crawler Front Bumper

Using the factory hardware saved in Step 1, install the Classic Rock Crawler front bumper onto your vehicle. Ensure proper alignment.

Step 3 (CJ Application Only): Install Spacer Washers

If you have a CJ model, there will be a gap between the frame and the mounting bracket. Place the spacer washers underneath each side between the frame and bumper. Use one washer for each side.

Step 4: Tighten Mounting Bolts

After the bumper has been installed and aligned correctly, tighten all mounting bolts securely.

Note: Take care when assembling and installing this product to protect the finish and your investment. To protect the bumper’s finish, wax it after installation. Regular waxing is recommended. DO NOT use any type of cleaner or wax that contains abrasives that could damage the finish.

Warranty Information

Rugged Ridge Off Road offers a limited 90-day warranty for the Classic Rock Crawler Front Bumper. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of original purchase.
• The Company will repair, replace, or credit the product at its sole option if proven defective within the warranty period.
• To obtain repair or replacement, deliver the product with proof of warranty coverage (e.g., dated bill of sale) to the place of purchase or contact the Company for a Return Authorization Numberand send the product freight pre-paid to the Company address provided.
• This warranty does not cover damages caused by alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of nature.
• The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the product.
• This warranty replaces all express warranties or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
• Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within 90 days from the date of original purchase.
• The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied.
• No person or representative is authorized to assume any liability for the Company other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.

Installation Instructions

• (Step 1): Remove factory front bumper and save all existing hardware. A #55 star head bit will be needed to remove Wrangler mounting bolts.
• (Step 2): Install the Classic Rock Crawler front bumper onto vehicle Using the factory hardware removed in step 1. See step 3 For special CJ application.
• (Step 3): CJ application only. For this application there is a gap between the frame and the mounting bracket. Place the spacers underneath each side between the frame and bumper. Use one for each side.
• (Step 3): After bumper has been installed and aligned correctly tighten all mounting bolts.

Rugged Ridge Off Road (the Company) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within 90 DAYS from the date of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced or credited at the Company’s sole option. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. Dated bill of sale), specification of defect(s) to the place of purchase or, with prior approval from the Company (Return Authorization Number is required), freight pre-paid to the Companyaddresslisted below. This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident or by acts of nature. THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. This Warranty is in lieu of all express warranties or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN THE PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
