Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Ensure that you have the Remote Manager software installed on your computer.
  2. Make sure your computer is connected to the same local network as the Novo device.
  3. Launch the Remote Manager software.

Add Novo Device to Remote Manager

  1. In the top left corner of the Remote Manager software, click on “+Device”.
  2. Enter the Novo device’s IP address in the provided field.
  3. Click “Add” to add the device to the Remote Manager table.

Configure Novo Device

  1. In the device list within Remote Manager, locate and click on the device you want to configure.
  2. Click on the “Setup” button to access the device’s settings.

Remote Control and Configuration
The Remote Manager software allows you to control and configure individual Novo devices remotely. Here are some of the available options:

  • General settings: Configure device name, system language, time zone, etc.
  • Network settings: Adjust network-related configurations.
  • Security settings: Manage security settings for the device.
  • Log File Download: Download log files remotely for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Remote Reboot: Perform a remote reboot of the device.
  • Upload Config File: Upload a configuration file to the device.

USING INSTRUCTION

  • Launch Remote Manager software under the same local network as the Novo device.
  • Go the the left topper corner, click +Deivce > Input the Novo device’s IP address to add the device into the Remote Manager table.
