INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Please note that the illustrations in the instruction manual are used to make it easier to understand the operation method and structure of the product, and there may be differences between the pictures and the actual product. Due to the need to upgrade product quality, some structures and appearances will be slightly changed, please rest assured to buy.

PREPARATION BEFORE INSTALLATION: POWER-ON

  1. Locate and open the charging hole cover.
  2. Connect terminals [1] and [2].
  3. Close the charging hole cover.
  4. If the car does not start, please contact the seller.

SAFETY WARNING

The owner’s manual contains assembly, use and maintenance instructions and the vehicle must be assembled by an adult who reads and understands this manual.
Product contains small parts and plastic protective material intended for adult assembly only, keep small children away during assembly.
The following safety hazards may result in vehicle damage and accidents.

  • Children always require close supervision by adults.
  • Always wear shoes when using the vehicle and do not place body parts near moving parts.
  • Do not use the vehicle in bad weather such as snow, rain, humidity, etc.
  • Do not use the vehicle on sloped surfaces such as hills and steps.
  • Do not use the vehicle in an unsafe manner, including but not limited to:
    A. Use other vehicles or similar devices to pull the vehicle.
    B. More than one rider is allowed.
    C. Push the user from behind.
    D. Driving at an unsafe speed.

BATTERY WARNING

Use only the 12V rechargeable battery and charger provided with the vehicle.
Never use the supplied battery and charger with any other product.
Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area.
Never charge the battery near high temperature or flammable materials.
Avoid direct contact between the positive and negative terminals.
Never tamper or modify the electrical system.
Always pick up the battery by the battery compartment or handle.
Always keep all liquids away from batteries and keep them dry.
Always keep the charger case closed.
Never touch or expose to battery leakage (lead acid).

  • In case of exposure, call your doctor immediately.
  • If the chemical is on the skin or in the eyes, rinse with cold water for 15 minutes.
  • Please contact your doctor for further diagnosis and treatment.
  • If the chemical is swallowed, give the patient water or milk immediately. Do not drink water or milk and do not induce vomiting if the patient is vomiting or has decreased alertness. Please contact your doctor for further diagnosis and treatment.

Never open the battery. Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds (acids), chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, reproductive harm, and toxic and corrosive chemicals.

USE WARNING

Children should understand vehicle controls and safety issues before using the vehicle.
They must also demonstrate the ability to steer the vehicle and operate its controls.
Educating children and supervising vehicle use is the responsibility of adults. Before riding, please read the following safety warnings to any child using the vehicle.

  • Close supervision by an adult is always required
  • Always sit in the seat when using the vehicle.
  • Keep your hands, hair and c!othlng awa‘y from moving parts.
  • Always wear shoes when using the vehicle.
  • Only one rider is allowed on the car at a time.
  • Children under the age of 3 cannot use the vehicle.
  • Only drive on level ground.
  • Do not go near swimming pools or other bodies of water or steep slopes.
  • Do not drive the vehicle into loose dirt, sand or fine gravel.
  • Do not drive the vehicle on the street or near cars.
  • Protective equipment should be worn.

NURSING WARNING

  • Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather.
  • Do not leave the vehicle in the sun for a long time, store it in a cool place or cover it with atarpaulin.
  • Do not wash the vehicle with hoses, soap and water. It is recommended to clean the car with a dry and soft cloth.
  • Be careful not to fall or collide when driving the vehicle.
  • Check parts for damage before use, and check transformers and batteries regularly.

IMPORTANT!

  • Do not allow the battery to fully discharge.
  • Before charging, inspect the battery and charger (power cord, connectors) for damage.
  • On average, you’ll need to charge the battery for 8 to 12 hours.
  • Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours.
  • Only adults who have read and understood the safety warnings should operate the charging.

It is recommended to use a long magnetic screwdriver, as shown in the figure, to turn the 4 Y (3*10 self-tapping screws) clockwise. CHEVROLET Silverado

  1. Remove the [2] nut and [1] gasket at two end of rear axle firstly.
  2. Install up the [4] rear wheel drive motor on rear axle and insert the [8] of the motor into the Z hole.

5 Step 3 : Install the wheel

  1. Remove the [6] nut and [5] gasket at two end of front axle firstly .
    (Note: you only need to take out one gasket on each side of the front axle , and keep one on each side.)

  2. Install the I (wheel), [1] gasket, [2] nut , H (wheel cover) on each front axleand rear axle in turn.
    (Attention: the left and right reservedrd length of the rear axle should be consistent; all wheel’s gear shaft should toward the car body; align and press the buckle of the wheel cap with the grooves of the wheel to fix it)

Step 4 : Install steering wheel battery
Firstly use a screwdriver to unscrew the steering wheel cover in counter clockwise, then install 2 AA batteries, finally cover the cover and tighten the screws in clockwise. **WARNING!**

  1. All batteries should be inserted with correct polarity.
  2. Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be recharged.
  3. Please dispose of used batteries properly. Keep children away from batteries.
  4. Avoid direct contact between positive and negative terminals.
  5. Do not mix old and new batteries.
  6. Do not mix alkaline batteries, standard batteries (carbon-zinc batteries) or rechargeable batteries (nickel-cadmium batteries).

7 Step 5 : Install Steering Wheel

  1. First remove the screw anticlockwise from the A (steering wheel)
  2. Place and fix A (steering wheel) on [7] steering yoke. Then insert the screw back to the A (steering wheel).

Step 6 : Install the
Side-window
First place K (side-window R) on the car body, fix it by 5 Y (self-tapping screw). To install
K (Side-window L) same as above operation. Step 7 : Install the wind deflector
Follow the direction of the arrow as shown in figure to install F (wind deflector). Step 8 : Install the Rearview mirrow
Install the two J (Rearview mirrow) into the corresponding grooves on the door. (Please note the distinction between left and right. Step 9 : Install the seat
First insert the two hooks on C (seat) into the corresponding grooves on the car body, then fix C by two X (Self-tapping screw).  Step 10: Install the Backrest
First insert the three hooks on D (Backrest) into the corresponding grooves on the car body , then fix D by two X (Self-tapping screw).

REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS

13 1. Match the frequency of the car and the remote
1. Turn off the vehicle power.
2. Remove the battery cover on the remote control with a screwdriver, insert 2 AAA 1.5V batteries, the three LED indicators flash.
3. Start the vehicle, when the LED indicator stops flashing and 2 of the indicator lights are on, the matching is successful.
4. Close the battery cover and secure with screws.
5. After the matching is completed, the code needs to be matched again only after replacing the battery.
6. If the remote control is not used for a long time, it will enter the sleep state, and the LED indicator will turn off. Press any key to wake up the remote control and it can be used normally.

Key Description:
: Forward
: Backward
: Turn left B
: Turn right
(Note: The remote control turn button needs to be pressed multiple times when tumning, otherwise it will automatically return to a straight line.)
P: Emergency braking, the vehicle cannot move when pressed, and the vehicle can move when pressed again.
S: Speed adjustment, one light is on for low speed, two lights on for medium speed, and three lights on for high speed.
2. Operation Instructions

  1. The remote control has priority control (when the car starts, the remote control personnel can control the car forward and backward, high/low speed, steering and other functions, and the driver cannot operate the car).
  2. The remote control is not a toy. For adult use only, not for children. Reception range may vary IS RF N AR CRN significantly with weather, battery and other environmental conditions.

Warning

  1. All batteries should be inserted with correct polarity.

4: Foot pedal: press the pedal, the car will move forward; release the pedal, the car will stop.

  1. Start/Stop/
    After long pressing the button 10 for 2-3 seconds, the power will be turned on, the screenwill be turned on, and a startup sound will be heard, and the car will work normally; long press the button 10 again for 2-3 seconds, the screen will display “off’, and the  power will be turned off if you release it.
    When playing music or radio, short press 10 to stop playback, and short press 10 again to restart playback.

  2. Radio Function
    Press button 2 to enter FM mode, then press button 1 will search for FM channels. This process takes a while to automatically search and save, and the car will automatically play the first radio station after the search is complete.
    Short press button 9, the next channel will be played. Short press the button 7 ( ****/V button), the last channel will be played.

  3. USB port
    Plug your removable device into 11 and music will play automatically.
    Short press button 9, the next music will be played.
    Short press the button 7 and the last music will be played.

  4. AUX player function
    Plug one end of the audio cable into 13 and the other end into your phone, MP3, MP4, etc.
    Play audio in the device and the sound will come from the car.
    In AUX mode, the central control panel cannot switch music, only on mobile phones, MP3, MP4 or other devices.

  5. Switch play mode
    If a U disk or AUX is inserted, press button 3 to switch between different playback modes (music, U disk, AUX).
    A long press of button 9 will increase the volume; a long press of button 7 will decrease the volume.
    Short press button 10 will stop playback, short press this button again to restart playback.

  6. Light button
    The default light is on when power on, press button 7 to turn off the light, and press again to turn on the light.

  7. Manual control operation guide (forward, backward)
    A. The driver sits down and wears the seat belt.
    B. Press and hold the start button 10, the display 12 will light up and the car will play the start sound (2-5 seconds).
    C. Press the forward button 4 and step on the foot switch, the car will move forward, release the foot switch, the car will decelerate to a stop.
    D. Press the reverse button 5 and step on the foot switch, the car will move backwards, release the foot switch, the car will decelerate to a stop.
    E. Press and hold the start button 10 again, and let go when “off” appears on the display 12 to tumn off the power.

  8. High speed/Low speed
    In the power-on state, the default forward speed is high speed, step on the foot switch, the car will move forward quickly.
    Press the button 6 to switch to low speed, step on the foot switch, the car will move slowly.
    *Reverse only one speed.

  9. Voltage display
    Voltage display 12 is used to determine whether the battery needs to be charged.

Low Power Protection

  1. If the voltage below 8V lasting for 1 second, it will be prompted “Battery is low. Please recharge in time”.
  2. After the 1st alarm, if the voltage is still below 8V, give a second alarm after lasting for 10 seconds “Battery is low. Please recharge in time”.
  3. After the alarm, if the voltage is still below 8V, alarm again after lasting for 10 seconds: “Low voltage, will shut down”.
  4. After several alarms, if the voltage is still below 8V, it will automatically shutdown after lasting for 10 seconds.

16 When the battery is low, please follow the instructions to charge it.

  1. Please find and open the charging hole cover. Press the [2] hook to disconnect the power supply terminal.
  2. Connect the charger terminal to the power supply terminal.
  3. The car will be fully charged within 12 hours (Note: the charging time should not exceed 20 hours).
  4. When fully charged, the indicator light on the charger will turn green. Please unplug the charger plug from the socket first, and then unplug the charger terminal.
  5. Connect the power supply and close the charging hole cover. (Note: This product can only be charged by adults)

TROUBLESHOOTING

Motor does not spin 1. Is the fuse overloaded? (under the seat)

5. Remove the motor plug, connect the battery directly instead, and then check whether it rotates.| 1. Yes, the fuse automatically cuts off the power supply for 5-20 seconds, and then restarts; No, check the next cause analysis
2. No, repair the foot switch; yes, check the next cause analysis
3. No, solder the terminal wire; yes, check the next cause analysis
4. No, insert the plug-in; yes, check the next cause analysis
5. If it still does not rotate, replace the motor; if it rotates, it means that the drive circuit board needs professional maintenance, please contact the seller
Can only move forward, or can only
move backward| 1. Check the front/rear switch and use a multimeter to check whether the connector is in good condition.
2 . Check if the forward/backward drive line loop is feasible?| 1 . No, replace the forward/backward switch; yes, check the next cause analysis
2. No, connect the line; yes, it means that the driver circuit board needs
professional maintenance, please contact the seller.
Driving too slow| 1 . Check whether the battery voltage is normal.
2 . Connect the motor (including the drive gear box) to the battery and
