TC YA DCP-Q1B 12V RV Camper Air Conditioner
Product introduction
This product is suitable for 12V/24V automotive air conditioning system, with refrigeration energy saving, automatic temperature control, high and low speed automatic frequency conversion, under voltage and overpressure automatic warning and protection functions, can automatically protect the battery, controller, compressor and so on when the air conditioning system is working abnormally; The air conditioner panel is used with the compressor controller.

Key description
Key function : On key The power on is on, and the power off is off.
Mode/Setting key Short press: Switch modes, including power, energy saving, heating, and air supply. The corresponding light is on.
Press and hold to enter the setting state. For details, see the Display Setting description.
Wind speed + Adjust the wind speed increase, 1-5 corresponding to the display of F-1 to F-5.
Wind speed – Adjust wind speed reduction.
Temperature setting temperature increase, 3-30 degrees corresponding to display 03P to 30P. Cooling The setting temperature decreases. -
Display the setting instructions
Switch on the power supply and the display is all bright; Then display the version number; Then display the speed control signal type, such as: 5V-9V/9V- 19V, 5V-9V/9V-19V speed control signal output; Normal state: digital tube displays the detected temperature; When heating and cooling, 03P to 30P is displayed; If the wind speed is + or -, F-1 to F-5 is displayed.
Panel fault status: The fault code is displayed as follows:

Controller upload failure: the controller light flashes several times,
and the digital tube displays the corresponding number. If the controller
failure light blinks 3 times,

Long press the mode key to enter the setting mode. 2F is displayed for the first time. Then, short press the mode key to display the under voltage value, as shown in the table:

12V24V voltage signal when cooling. Display LED: KP/LED socket can be
connected to 12V24V1W LED Light bulb, press the remote control light button,
can be turned on and off.
Display Hot: mode The heating function is added. During heating, the KP
terminal outputs a 12V24V voltage signal. (This terminal has a small current
and can only have relay coils). You can change the type after pressing the
“Cool Down” key for 8 consecutive times.

Control logic
The working mode of the control system is divided into refrigeration, energy
saving, sleep and air supply mode, which is freely chosen by the user; The
control system collects two sensor temperature values, one is the air outlet
temperature of the inner machine, and the other is the air intake temperature.
Cooling mode: The cooling mode is opened by the cooling button and the M
key of the remote control.
According to the air inlet temperature and the set temperature difference, the
output voltage is automatically adjusted and the compressor speed is adjusted,
which is divided into 6 grades.

When the air outlet temperature sensor can be placed in a position that is
easy to freeze, when the temperature is detected below 2 degrees, the
compressor speed regulation signal output 2 voltage signals (18-20.5 output
18.1V).
Energy saving mode: In energy saving mode, the air conditioner compressor can
be adjusted only in 1 or 2 gears. The other logic is the same as the cooling
logic.
Air supply mode: Only the internal fan works, and the compressor does not
work.
Heating mode: (when the setting item 7F is Hot, there is a heating
function, as a heating indicator), less than the set temperature on, greater
than (set temperature +2) stop heating. For example, when the ambient
temperature exceeds 28 degrees, the heating signal stops output. When the
ambient temperature is lower than 26 degrees, the heating signal starts.
Wiring
Speed control signal: Connect the controller speed control cable, output
voltage signal (such as: 4V-9V.9V~19V, etc.), the controller adjusts the
compressor speed.
Fault signal: Connect the controller fault line and receive the fault signal
of the compressor controller.
Temperature sensor: When connecting two temperature probes, plug the inlet air
probe into the inlet air display socket, and plug the outlet air probe into
the outlet air anti-icing socket. When only one temperature probe is
connected, fix the temperature probe in the core position and plug it into the
air inlet display socket.
Precautions
- Power-on is powered off by default, the first startup is powered on by default in cooling mode, the internal wind speed is high-speed by default, the under voltage is 4V-9V.19V–21.5V, and the overvoltage is powered on by default 16V/32V. If the power is not powered off, the mode and internal wind speed after power-on are powered off by default.
- Under voltage and overpressure protection, the internal and external fans and compressors will stop working. After troubleshooting, you need to shut down and restart to restore normal.
