Precautions

• When you receive the product, please fully charge it before using. It takes 2.5 hours to fully charge.

• Since the product is not waterproof, please keep it away from water.

• Keep the product away from sharp objects or hazardous chemicals like
  corrosive acids or alkalis.

• Physical obstacles such as walls in the transmission path may reduce the Bluetooth range.

Note: In the following situations, you need to press and hold the power button for 1 to 3 seconds to turn it on

1. When it is turned on for the first time.
2. When the product has not been used for a long time and needs to be restarted.
3. When the product shuts down due to lack of battery power and needs to be recharged and turned on again

Troubleshooting

Ecolor Life can’t find or connect to the lamp.

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the lamp is turned on.
2. For the first connection, tap the G) at the top right of the screen to search lamp. For the second connection, please find the device under My Device list and click to open it.
3. Please disconnect other mobile device from this lamp before searching
4. The lamp supports Android 8.0 or above and iOS 12.0 or above system Please turn on the GPS positioning on your mobile devices before searching
5. The lamp is too far away from the mobile device, beyond the wireless control range

The lamp automatically shuts down without any operation after working for a period.

Please open Ecolor Life to confirm whether the Timer or Sleep Mode is set.

How to restore factory settings.

Long press the touch button at the top, and then quickly click the My Color button until the lamp flashes with purple light. At this time, the device is reset to factory settings.

It doesn’t support voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home.
