Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Setup
- Make sure the input voltage is connected to a suitable power source (240V A/C).
- Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Choose the appropriate roller set based on the wire size you will be using.
- Install the selected roller set into the wire feeder.
- Connect the MB24 Euro-Fit Mig Torch to the machine.
- If using additional accessories like the Twin Gauge Argon Regulator or Electrode Holder, connect them to the machine as well.
Step 2: Wire Feeding
- Feed the welding wire through the wire feeder and into the torch.
- Make sure the wire is properly aligned and tensioned in the wire feeder.
- If using flux-cored wire, make sure to use the appropriate roller set.
Step 3: Welding
- Put on appropriate safety gear including welding gloves, welding helmet, and protective clothing.
- Adjust the welding parameters on the machine according to the material and thickness you are working with.
- Position the torch at the desired starting point on the workpiece.
- Press the trigger on the torch to start the welding process.
- Move the torch along the welding path, maintaining a consistent distance and angle.
- Release the trigger to stop welding.
Step 4: Shutdown
- Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power source.
- Clean and store the equipment properly.
