Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setup

  1. Make sure the input voltage is connected to a suitable power source (240V A/C).
  2. Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
  3. Choose the appropriate roller set based on the wire size you will be using.
  4. Install the selected roller set into the wire feeder.
  5. Connect the MB24 Euro-Fit Mig Torch to the machine.
  6. If using additional accessories like the Twin Gauge Argon Regulator or Electrode Holder, connect them to the machine as well.

Step 2: Wire Feeding

  1. Feed the welding wire through the wire feeder and into the torch.
  2. Make sure the wire is properly aligned and tensioned in the wire feeder.
  3. If using flux-cored wire, make sure to use the appropriate roller set.

Step 3: Welding

  1. Put on appropriate safety gear including welding gloves, welding helmet, and protective clothing.
  2. Adjust the welding parameters on the machine according to the material and thickness you are working with.
  3. Position the torch at the desired starting point on the workpiece.
  4. Press the trigger on the torch to start the welding process.
  5. Move the torch along the welding path, maintaining a consistent distance and angle.
  6. Release the trigger to stop welding.

Step 4: Shutdown

  1. Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power source.
  2. Clean and store the equipment properly.
