Get Started:
In order to correctly use the barcode scanner, please read this manual
carefully and do not set the scanner at random, otherwise, some settings may
not be available temporarily.
Scanners are factory programmed for the most common terminal and
communications settings.
If you need to change these settings, You need to use the SDK (software
develop kit) file. You can find it here on your phone: File
Management>AT007-SDK.rar
Chapter 1 Product Intro
1.1 Features & Technical Parameter
ATO07 is an industrial-grade smart handheld Android terminal that comes with
5.5-inch HD display, Zebra SE4710 high performance scanning ability and NFC
functionstis based on Android 11, which runs faster and has a long battery
life. To meet the needs of multi-industry applications ke logistics express,
warehouse inventory, manufacturing, retail, etc, It can help customers to
quickly access information and improve the efficiency of outbound storage
inventory.

1.3 Battery & Charger
- Do not leave battery unused for long time, no matter it s in device or inventory. If battery has been used for 6 months already, it should be check for charging function o it should be disposed correctly.
- The lifespan of Li-ion battery is around 2 to 3 years, it can be circularly charged for 300 to 500 times. (One full battery charge period means completely charged and completely discharged.)
- When Li-ion battery is not in used, it will continue discharge slowly. Therefore, battery charging status should be checked frequently and take reference of the related battery charging information on the manuals.
- Observe and record the information of a new unused and non-fully charged battery. On the basis of operating time of new battery and compare with a battery that has been used forlong time. According to product configuration and application program, the operating time of battery would be different.
- Check battery charging status at regular intervals.
- When battery operating time drops below about 80%, charging time will be increased remarkably.
- If a battery is stored or otherwise unused for an extended period, be sure to follow the storage instructions i this document. If you do not follow the instructions, and the battery has no charge remaining when you check it, consider it to be damaged. Do not attempt to recharge it orto useit. Replace it with a new battery.
- Store the battery at temperatures between 5 °C and 20°C (41°F and 68°F).
The charger output voltage/current is 9V DC/2A. The plug considered as disconnect device of adapter. AT007 is equipped with a USB Type-C port. It s advised to charge the terminal with the original USB cable and power adapter.
- Connect the USB cable to the power adatper and connect tothe AT007 terminal
- The AT007 terminal starts to charge automatically. The LED
Indicator indicates the charge status as follow:

Note:

Using the original charger and cable to charge the battery, otherwise it will caused the battery damaged.

Using the incorrect type battery has danger of explosion.
Please dispose the used battery according to instructions. -
Due to the used enclosure material, the product shall only be connected to a USB Interface of version 2.0 or higher.
The connection to so called power USB i prohibited. -
The adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

The suitable temperature for the product and accessories is0-10C to50C.

CAUTION RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Chapter 2 Installation Instructions
2.1 Install Micro SD and SIM cards
AAT007 comes with a dual SIM card. You may either use two SIM cards
simultaneously or use just one SIM card and a MicroSD card to increase file-
storage capacity. Step 1:Turn the 2 latches of the battery cap to the “ON”
state, and then dismantle battery cap. Step 2: Dismantle battery. Step 3:Take
out the card tray of the TF card/SIM card, and then put the TF card/SIM card
on the card tray.
Chapter 3 Phone Function
3.1 Calling numbers
- Click Phone APP. (Phone APPicon )
- Clickicon 0 input phone numbers.
- Clickicon 0 call.
- Clickicon 0 end call.
3.2 Contacts
- Click Contacts APP(Not the Contacts in Phone APP) to open contacts list. (Phone APP icon )
- Clickicon 0 add new contacts.
- Clickicon 0 import/export contacts.
3.3 SMS and MMS
- Click Messages APP to open message window. (Phone APP icon)
- Click icon input message receiver and contents.
- Click icon add attachment emoticons.
- Click icon add attachment pictures and videos.
- Click icon send out messages.
Chapter 4 APPCenter (A Hardware Test Diagnostic Tool)
4.1 NFC
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen to access all apps.
Step 2: Click App Center, open “NFC”to read and write tag information,

Step 3: Click“Not Connected”> Click Scan> Click Pair new device.
Step 4: Enable Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled Printer and you will find
the printer in the available devices list.
Step 5:ClickFile” to select the file you want to print
4.5 Ping
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen to access all apps.
Step 2: Click AppCenter> PING
Step 3: Setup PING parameter and select external/internal address.
Chapter 5 Keyboard Emulator (Scanner Setting)
This chapter aims to guide customers on how to use Keyboard Emulator.
KeyboardEmulator is internal software application to test barcode-scanning and
RFID-reading function. Meanwhile, it can be used in some basic business
scenarios depending on customer’s choice. In KeyboardEmulator, there’re four
main sections and one addition function part. Following we will introduce one
by one. Please review this document for more information and details.
5.1 Function
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of the Home screen to accessall apps.
Step 2: Click KeyboardEmulator> Function
Step 3: Please set it as shown i the screenshot, do not change it
arbitrarily. 5.2 APPSettings
This section is basically for some specific setting from Keyboard Emulator
level
Under this section, it will cover below 8 parts:
5.2.1- basic function Release key off scan – if you realse scan key,
then scanning would stop
Success Sound – if scan successfully, there will be sound as reminder
Failure sound – if failed to scan, there will be sound as reminder
Vibrate – if scan successfully, there will be vibration as reminder (the
premise is device is with vibration sensor)
GS1 Parsing – in this mode, when scan GS1 barcodes, all characters of GS1
barcode will be read
Block scan key – this is to block scan key value, can leave it if it’s not
necessary
Barcode Not Repeat – on this mode, repeated barcodes will not show when
scanning
Disable control of scanner – this is to stop other apps from controlling
KyeboardEmultor
5.2.2- Process mode Scan content on cursor – the data will show up in
the place with cursor simultaneously
Clipboard – read-out data will be saved in clipboard, and can paste directly
to anywhere with cursor
BroadcastReceiver – itis the method that using the broadcast mechanism of
Android to transfer data to customer’s program.
Keyboard input – the data will show up together in the input box with cursor
5.2.3- End mark ‘The end mark means add specific mark at the end
of read-out data.
Enter – if you tick this checkbox, the output will be word-wrapping
automatically.
TAB – the read-out data will be added with the tab character-“\t”suffix. when
data is acquired in Excel, cursor will move to next cell automatically.
5.2.4- Data format Under this section, you can choose different data
formats listed in below picture for Barcode and RFID accordingly based on
specific requirement.
And to meet further demand, there’re 5 more features that might be applied in
some basic scenarios.
Prefix: the prefixing numbers or letters will be added to the output
egif you input/ABC; and the original barcode is 12345, then the final output
will be as’ABC12345
Suffix: the suffixing numbers or letters will be added to the output egifyou
input/ABC, and the original barcode is 12345, then the final output will be
as’12345ABC’
Remove the number of characters from the front: input 1, the first digit will
be removed input 2, the first two digits will be removed , and so on.
Remove the number of characters from the back: input 1, the last digit will be
removed input 2, the last two digits will be removed , and so on.
Filter data: Literally, if input ‘a; then the character ‘a’ will be filtered
out.
5.2.5- Continuous scan There’re two main parts under this section, one is
for Barcode, and the other is for UHF(This model doesn’t support UHF
function).
Barcode
Just like literal meaning, it will enter into continuous scan mode when tick
the continuous checkbox. And under continuous mode, you can choose [Normal
Mode] or [Raw Mode]:
[Normal Model] — can set scanning interval based on actual usage
[Raw Model] – scanning interval is approximately 500ms by default
Meanwhile, there’re 2 parameters available to be adjusted:
Time out – if input 105, and scanning light is moved away from tags and can’t
focus on tags again within 10s, then scanning light will be off.
Interval – if input 100 ms, then the interval of the continuous scan will be
100 ms
To stop continuous scan, just uncheck the box of continuous scan.
5.2.6- Virtual scan button Under this section, you can choose to
use virtual button to trigger barcode-reading.
5.2.7- Factory scan button By click Factory data reset; the
setting you made previously in keyboardEmulator will be removed and back to
the original status.
5.2.8- Debug After tick the checkbox, all your action in
KeyboardEmulator will be saved in below path: File Manager > scanner > data

Under this section, customers can do setting according to their specific
requirements

We’ve also integrated some common barcodes into Keyboard Emulator, like
UPC/EAN, EAN-8, EAN-13 and etc. They’re visible under this section, and
customer can easily set accordingly. 5.4 Test
This is only for test whether the scanner can scaning the barcodes and Check
that the scanned data is correct
FAQ
1. How to connect the device to sync files with PC?
Step 1: Power on the device and connect it with USB cable to pe. Step 2: Slide down from top of device screen. Default connection mode is Charging via USB. Step 3: Click on Tap for more options. Select USB file transfer, then device will be displayed on PC side.
2. How to make a screenshot on AT007?
Press power button and left Volume- button together for about 1.55.
3.Why the device can't scan after | restore the factory settings orWhy is there nolight when scanning?
