Product Usage Instructions

Adjusting the Distance between Blades and Shaft
To ensure proper stripping of the cable’s insulating layer without damaging the inner conductor, follow these steps:

1. Locate the plastic regulating nut (1) and blades regulating nut (2).
2. Use the plastic regulating nut (1) to adjust the distance between the blades and the shaft. This distance should be set according to the cable size.

Feeding the Cable
Follow these steps to feed the cable into the stripper:

1. Locate the feeding panel (4) on the machine.
2. Identify the feeding hole that matches the diameter of the cable or wire you are working with.
3. Insert the cable through the chosen feeding hole, ensuring it is positioned correctly without swinging.

Stripping the Cable
To strip the cable, use the hand crank (3) and follow these steps:

1. Rotate the hand crank (3) in order to peel off the insulating layer.
2. If the cable cannot be peeled, check for the following issues:
   • If the wire diameter is too small, adjust the blades’ core to align with the groove center.
   • If the blades’ edge is dull, sharpen the blades.
