IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not place the vacuum cleaner close to heat sources, radiation, or burning cigarettes.
• Do not use the appliance to remove the following objects.

  1. All liquids such as water and solvents.
  2.  Lime, cement, ash, and other Construction dust and garbage.
  3.  Hot objects, such as cigarette butts.
  4. Sharp debris, such as glass shards, etc.
  5.  No flammable and explosive articles, such as gasoline or alcohol products.
  • Do not let children play with and operate the vacuum cleaner to prevent accidents.
  • Your vacuum cleaner is an electric appliance: it must be used inappropriately. Do not leave the operating vacuum cleaner unattended.
  • The power must be turned off during cleaning, maintenance, or when in storage.
  • Do not pull the power plug to turn off the vacuum cleaner. Hold the plastic part of the plug to remove it from the power socket.
  • The power supply voltage must correspond to that of the vacuum cleaner charging voltage.
  • Keep the power cord away from sharp objects to prevent it from being damaged.
  • To prevent fires do not immerse the vacuum cleaners in water, do not expose them to any heating appliances;
  • Do not drag the power cord when moving the charging station.
  • In the case of the below situations do not use the vacuum cleaner and send it immediately to the nearest approved maintenance facility if:
    -The vacuum cleaner fell and consequently damaged
    -The power cord is damaged.
  • Stop operating the vacuum cleaner if the suction inlet is blocked to prevent damages (such as overheating) to the motor or deformations to the vacuum plastic part occasioned by overheating motor.

Battery charging signal

  1. It may take you a long time for charging under the following circus stances:
    a. Room temperature is higher than 30°C;
    b. Recharge immediately after the vacuum cleaner has stopped operating.

  2.  Always recharge the vacuum cleaner after each usage no matter how long it has been used.

  3.  Unplug when not charging.

  4.  When not in use for more than two months the vacuum cleaner should be disconnected from the power supply. To ensure a longer service life, the vacuum cleaner must be charged once every two months.

  5.  The vacuum cleaner or adapter may become hot during charging so take the necessary precautions to avoid contact.

ASSEMBLY AND COMBINATIONS

Install vacuum cleaner in the right direction by a clear sound of click in each step to avoid airflow issues or not working.
If you want to disassemble the vacuum, just press the release button on each part.

CHARGING

  • Please fully charge the battery before your first use as the product is delivered non fully charged for safety.
  • Please use the original charger. It takes about 4-4.5 hours to fully charge the battery.
  •  The vacuum cannot be turned on when charging for safety.

Insert the power plug into the charging port; connect the power adapter with the power supply.

When Charging Battery indicators show the battery-electric quantity when charging. The light will turn off after about an hour when fully charged.

Press the power switch to turn on the vacuum, press twice to turn it off.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Empty the dust box Please ensure the amount of the trash is not over the Max Line and empty the trash after each use.
Clean Strainer, Cyclonic And Heap Filter

Open the dust box, then rotate the strainer to take it out. Press the button, rotate the dust box from   to ‘ , take off the dust box, then rotate the strainer to take it out.


Take out the multi-stage cyclonic separation accessory.| Take out the HEPA filter.

Wash the strainer and cyclonic with cold
water and clean the HEPA filter with the cleaning tool.| Ensure the strainer and cyclonic are completely dry before refitting.

Please Note:

  • Never operate the vacuum without all filters.
  • Replace the HEPA filter according to your use frequency to better maintain the suction.

Filter Installation


Correspond to the lock position, install
cyclonic to strainer.| Put the HEPA into the strainer.

Make sure the notch on the dust box fits
into the slot perfectly.| Rotate the dust box from ‘   to ‘

Rotate the strainer to fix it on the main motor.

CHANGE THE ROLLER BRUSH

  1. Press and hold the button
  2. Clean the hair on the roller

Wall Bracket Installation


Tear off the tape, attach the wall bracket
to the wall.| Punch 2 holes in the wall.

Inset Screws into the plastic| Nail the wall bracket to the wall with screws.

Troubleshooting

Q1. The machine stops working.

A1. Low battery or no battery power. Please use the original adapter to charge the battery. It usually takes 4-4.5 hours to be fully charged. A2. Accessory is blocked. Check and remove the blockage in attachments. Clean all filters if necessary.

Q2. The machine has no suction power

A1. The dust box is full. Clean dust box after use to prevent buildup. A2. The filters are blocked. Clean all filters and install them after they are thoroughly dry. Please replace the HEPA filter if it couldn't filter out dust anymore. A3. Accessory is blocked. Check and remove the blockage in attachments.

Q3. Roller brush stops spinning

A1. Roller brush was tangled by something. The roller brush is tangled by hair, clean the roller and remove the hair with cleaning gadget. A2. Something wrong with the metal tube or the motorized clean head. Please contact us for after-sale service. [email protected]

Q4. Abnormal sound

A1. Accessory is blocked. Check and remove the blockage in attachments. A2. There is something wrong with the main motor or the motorized clean head. Please contact us for after-sale service. [email protected]

Q5. Twinkle fault indicator on LED Display

Twinkle “E1” Indicator: Overheat Protection Check and remove the blockage in attachments. Check and clean all filters. Twinkle “E2” Indicator: Abnormal Voltage Please check and use the original charger. Twinkle “EE” Indicator: Roller Brush Tangles Please remove the tangle.
