Installation
Before installing the device, please read the installation and usage instructions carefully.
Device Identification
The device is identified as TACTIC WIFI with reference number 421AA5919 A00.
Device Placement
- Place the device on a stable surface.

Wall Mounting
To mount the device on the wall:
- Mark the holes on the wall using the template provided.
- Drill holes into the marked spots.

Device Usage
Power On/Off
- To turn on the device, press the power button for three seconds.
- To turn off the device, press the power button for three seconds until the factory reset option appears.
WiFi Pairing
To pair the device with WiFi:
- Press and hold the WiFi pairing button for three seconds until the pairing symbol appears.
- Press the + or – button to select the desired WiFi network.
- Press the WiFi pairing button to confirm the selection and complete the pairing process.

- Thank you for choosing this Convector Tactic WIFI heater from Intuis and for your trust in us.
- This appliance has been carefully conceived, designed and built to give you complete satisfaction.
- It is important to read these instructions in full before installing and operating your appliance.
- Please keep these instructions even after your appliance has been installed.
Safety
- Read the installation and operating instructions (*) carefully, especially those set out below.
- CAUTION – Parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Take particular care in the presence of children and vulnerable people.
- This appliance may be used by children aged at least 8 years and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa-bilities or lacking experience or knowledge, provided that they are properly supervised or if they have been given instructions on the safe use of the appliance and are aware of the risks in-volved.
- Caution, hot surface.
- Children must not play with the appliance. Please make sure that unsupervised children do not carry out cleaning and main-tenance on the appliance.
- Children under 3 years of age should be kept away from the appliance unless they are under continuous supervision.
- Children aged between 3 and 8 years should only switch the appliance on or off if it has been placed or installed in a normal position as intended and that they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand its potential hazards.
- Please ensure that children between the ages of 3 and 8 do not connect, adjust or clean the appliance or carry out user maintenance.
- If the appliance is covered, there is a risk of overheating. The dia-gram on the right is a reminder of this risk.
- It is strictly prohibited to cover or obstruct the air inlets or outlets as this may result in in- cidents or damage to the appliance.
- Make sure that nothing is introduced into the appliance.
- This appliance must be connected to the power supply by a qualified person when the power is off.
- All work on the appliance must be carried out with the power off and by qualified personnel.
- Power to the appliance must be supplied via an omnipolar disconnecting device in compliance with the installation regu-lations.
- The appliance must not be installed under a power socket.
- When installing the appliance, ensure at least the minimum dis-tances from the floor, walls, furni-ture, etc. (Fig. A).
- The power supply must be protected by a residual current device with a rated current not exceeding 30 mA, particularly in the case of installation in a room containing a bath or shower.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service department or a similarly quali-fied party in order to avoid any hazard.
- Avoid installing the unit in a draught that could cause it to be adjusted incorrectly.
- This direct electric heater is designed to provide room heating in new or existing individual or communal housing or similar premises.
Installing the appliance
- The appliance must be installed in compliance with the standards in force in the country of in-stallation (NFC 15-100 for France), particularly for installation in a bathroom.
- These instructions were drawn up at the time of manufacture of the appliance and in accordance with the standards in force at that time.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the installation and operating instruc-tions at any time in order to take into account the applicable standards and any amendments to them.
INSTALLATION AND WALL MOUNTING
- This appliance must be mounted on the wall for use, using the backplate provided. For easy installation and to ensure at least a minimum clearance of 150 mm from the bottom of the appliance to the floor (Fig. D): release the backplate by pinching and pulling the two insertable tabs on the back of the appliance (location 1 Fig. D).
- use the backplate as a marking template by placing it on the floor against the wall. Insert a sharp object through the holes in the backplate (location A Fig. C & D) to mark the lower fixing points.
- reposition the backplate to line up the marks with the lower fixing holes.
- check to ensure that the backplate is horizontal, mark the top 2 fixing holes, then drill and plug the holes at the 4 marked locations.
- replace the backplate on the wall and fix it with four 5.5mm max. diameter screws.
- Note : To centre your appliance laterally, use the hole at location 2 Fig. C & D.

INSTALLING THE CASTOR FEET KIT (OPTIONAL)
- Do not use this heater near a bathtub, shower or swimming pool;
- Do not use this heater if it has been dropped;
- Do not use if the heater shows visible signs of damage;
- Use this heater on a level, stable surface or attached to a wall, as appropriate.
- CAUTION : Do not use this heater in small rooms when oc-cupied by persons unable to leave the room alone unless constant supervision is provided.
- CAUTION : To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or other flammable materials at least 1m away from the air outlet of the heater.
- Please follow these instructions.
- For maximum stability, place the castors 50 mm from the edge of the base as shown.
- To lock the castors in place, insert the black clips provided through the castor brackets into the base of the heater.
NOTE : This heater is tested and approved for use with the optional
castors. Please follow the assembly instructions (provided with the castors)
carefully, ensuring that the black clips are correctly fitted.
Note that once the black clips are secured in position, the castors
cannot be removed without breaking them.
CAUTION:
Do not use the floor heater without the castors.
HOW TO USE YOUR APPLIANCE
This appliance may only be connected to a 230 V 50 Hz mains power supply using the cable and a plug.
- Slide the switch on the back of the panel to position 1.
- Press the + button to increase the temperature and the – button to decrease the temperature.
MODE SETTINGS
- SELECTION MODE: Choose the modes and access the advanced menu.
- COMFORT MODE: Adjustable between 7°C and 32°C
- ECO MODE: Adjustable between 7°C and 32°C
- ABSENT MODE: Fixed 7°C (not adjustable)
- STANDBY MODE: The appliance is not in operation
- Factory default setting of 19°C in COMFORT mode and 16°C in ECO mode
CHILD SAFETY LOCK
- Press the + and – buttons simultaneously for three seconds to activate the child safety lock. Repeat the process to deactivate it.
- Hold + and – until the lock appears on the screen.
- The controls will be disabled. A large padlock appears on the screen
- Press and hold + and – until the lock icon disap-pears to disengage the child safety lock.
IN THE ADVANCED MENU
- Press for three seconds to access the advanced menu. Press + or – to scroll through the menu options.
WIFI PAIRING
- Press for three sec-onds until the pairing symbol appears.
- Press again to access the QR code. Scan the QR code from your smart-phone to get started.
- To configure the Wi-Fi, a code must be entered. Press the + button to ac-cess the pairing code. The PIN code and the QR code can also be found on the in-formation label on the side of the product.
RETURN TO FACTORY SETTINGS
- Press for three sec-onds to access the ad-vanced menu. Press + or – until the factory re-set icon appears.
- Press the + or – button so that the arrow points to the check mark.
- Press to start the fac-tory reset. The check mark starts to flash. When it stops flashing, the factory reset is complete.
INSTALLING THE CAPA CONNECT APPLICATION
- To use the weekly programming function, this product must be connected to the CAPA Connect application.
- Follow the instructions below to connect your product.
- Before you can connect your appliance, please download the CAPA Connect app to your phone or tablet. When you launch the application, you will be prompted to register using your email address, phone number or social media credentials. Make sure the WIFI and
- Bluetooth settings of your appliance are enabled.
- See the instructions on the application for further information on how to connect your product.
- If you have any questions on the use of the CAPA Connect application, please read the help section included in the application.
RECOMMENDATIONS – MAINTENANCE
- To keep the appliance working at optimum performance, regularly remove dust from inside it by operating a vacuum cleaner at the air inlets and outlets.
- Preferably use surface active universal cleaning products (soap, etc.) and a microfibre cloth. For simple dusting, a cloth is sufficient. Maintenance should be carried out with the power off and after the appliance has cooled down.
- NEVER USE ABRASIVE OR ACETONE-BASED PRODUCTS THAT COULD DAMAGE THE COATING OF THE APPLIANCE.
- ALL WORK ON OUR APPLIANCES MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE POWER OFF AND BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
Recommendations and advice
- When the heater is first switched on, it may emit an odour, but this will disap-pear after a few minutes of operation.
- Designed to be connected to a 230V~ 50Hz power supply.
