General Operating Precautions

1. This product is a portable chopper. Please charge it before the first use.
2. Before adding ingredients, make sure the blades are in place and running smoothly.
3. Do not use sharp objects to scratch the machine.
4. Do not overload the chopper.
5. Do not place the chopper in microwave oven or refrigerator for freezing, so as to avoid breaking or damaging the chopper. The maximum temperature resistance of the chopper jar is 100° C, and therefore the jar can be sterilized with boiling water.
6. Do not use the product to process very hard ingredients such as coffee beans, soybeans, rice, ice cubes or other frozen food.
7. Do not touch any detachable accessories such as the blades or the motor with your fingers while the chopper is running, to avoid personal injury or damaging the product.
8. Never use the motor for more than 30 seconds without interruption at a time. Let the motor rest for 2 minutes between processing cycles. After working for 3 processing cycles, let it cool down for 20 minutes before next use, so as to guarantee longer service life.
9. Do not touch the blades, for they are very sharp. Hold the cutter bar on the blades while removing or installing.
10. Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to dean the product. The product can be cleaned directly with water.
11. Never clean any part of the product in the dishwasher.
12. This product should be stored in a place not easily accessible to children. This product is not intended for use or play by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
13. This product is for household use only, not for commercial use.
14. Note: Be careful with the blades when removing them, and emptying and cleaning the jar

How to Operate your Chopper

1. For the first use, please fully charge the main unit. After the main unit is fully charged, the blue indicator light is always being on. Then clean the main unit, blades and blender jar.

2. Insert the blades into the shaft of the blender jar, and then fill the blender jar with washed ingredients (up to the maximum food limit).
   

3. After the food is put into the blender jar, install the main unit along the two slots of the jar. Then press the inching switch to process the food. Do not overload the jar, otherwise the blades may not rotate when it is started. Please take out some food and continue the processing.

4. After starting it will automatically stop working after 30 seconds If the food is not so fine as you expected, continue to press the inching switch for processing After finishing remove the blender jar attached from the main unit and pour out the food in the jar. Next, rinse it with water.

Note : The above are common fault analysis and troubleshooting methods. For other faults, please contact the dealer, or directly go to the maintenance center designated by the company for maintenance and inspection. Do not disassemble and repair yourself.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Please clean the main unit, blades and blender jar immediately after using the product
2. The product can be cleaned directly with water or wiped with a soft wet cloth.
3. For more effective cleaning, you can apply a proper amount of detergent and clean it with a cleaning pad in warm water.
4. The blades are very sharp. Do not touch the blades with your fingers to avoid personal injury.
5. Never use abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids to clean the product.
6. Never sterilize any part of the product at high temperature.
7. Please dry or air dry all parts of the product after cleaning and then reassemble and store the product. 8. If the product is not used for a long time, please charge the product within one months.

HOME APPLIANCES WARRANTY CARD WARRANTY CONDITIONS & SERVICE PROCEDURE

Please preserve this warranty card with purchased invoice and ensure that it is duly stamped (with the date stamped) and signed by the dealer. A warranty card or purchased invoice which is not stamped and signed by the dealer will be treated as invalid. Kindly ensure you post or update your purchase details on our website www.balzano.com.

Conditions of the Warranty: –

Your Balzano product is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. This product is designed for domestic use only.

This warranty does not apply to

• Normal Wear and tear of parts or surface coating
• Faults which may be due to wrong usage, faulty handling, damage in transit, usage of spurious parts, neglect or accident are not covered by this warranty
• Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer and fluctuation in supply voltage.
• Surface Coating, body aesthetics, plastic parts, neon lamps, Bakelite parts, rubber/nylon parts, push buttons & bulb.
• Damages resulting due to usage of power supply other than specified 220/230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz. e.g.: inverters generators etc.
• For humming noise generated due to usage of electronic fan regulators of any make.

Subject to the above – The defective part will be repaired / replaced free of charge for labor or materials, at our discretion & option, provide that:

• The unit is returned at your cost to our Authorized Service Centre along with the stamped and signed purchased invoice and Warranty Card.
• The unit is installed, used and maintained strictly in accordance with the instructions provided.
• The unit is not opened or tampered with by anyone except our Authorized Service Center or technician.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE

Liability for consequential loss or damages is neither accepted nor is it implied. The warranty extended herein is in lieu of all implied conditions and warranties under the law and is confined to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss. The warranty in no case shall extend to payment of any monetary consideration whatsoever or the replacement or return of the products as whole, liability for consequential loss or damage is neither accepted nor is implied.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS

Please get the product repaired only from our Dealer or Customer service center.

This warranty is confined to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Any expenses incurred on collecting and returning the product to the customer and/or on the service personnel who will visit the customer, such as to and for conveyance, incidentals etc. shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that this warranty is issued subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in INDIA only.

To avoid unnecessary repairs, please study the instruction manual carefully before operation.

Product Warranty

• Before Warranty claim, please refer to the (Warranty) chapter in the instructions and confirm whether you meet the conditions of free warranty.
• For free/paid warranty customers, it is required to contact with the dealers from whom the product was purchased.
• For customers who purchased the product from offline stores, invoices on the date of purchase is required for maintenance. For online Customers such as from Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Please Confirm relevant warranty matters with the dealers.
