ON/OFF

  1. Power On : Long press the multifunction button for 2 seconds, the blue light will be on for 3 seconds, and the red and blue light will flash alternately, and the headset will announce 11power on & pairing”.
  2. Power Off : Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds, the red light will tum on for 1 second, and then turn off, and the prompt tone will announce “power off’.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Press and hold the multifunction button 2 seconds and the indicator light will red and blue light will flash.
  2. Place the “Q99” within 30ft from Bluetooth-enabled device. Enable the Bluetooth function from the device and select “Q99” from the list. Wait for few seconds and it will prompt “Connected”. LED indicator light will turn off.
    Bluetooth Pairing

Reset

Hold on “+” & “-” for three seconds at the same time. The Q99 will disconnect and clear up paired list, then enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Please delete the “Q99” in the “MY DEVICES” and search a new “Q99” to connect.

Power ON Press and hold “ EQ’ for 2 seconds
Power OFF Press and hold “ EQ” for 2 seconds
PLAY/PAUSE Music Press EQ • short
Phone Calls Answer/ Hong OFF Press EQ short
Switch four EQ experiences (NORMAL/ROCK/CLASICS/BASS) Double click EQ
Reject phone call while phone calls coming Press and hold EQ
Volume Up One click  “+”
Next Track Long press “+” for 2 seconds
Volume Down One click “-“
Previous Track Long press “   –   ” for 2 seconds
Erase pair list and enter pairing mode Lang press “+” & ” – ” tor 3 seconds

Charging

  1. Connect the Type-C plug of the charging cable to the Type C port (USB) of the headset Plug into a 5V power outlet. ( note : power adapter is not included)
  2. When the headphone indicator is red on, the headphone is charging. When the headphone is fully charged, indicate the indicator will change from red to blue.
