Charging the Headphones
Connect the USB Charging Port to a charging adaptor with the supplied USB Type-C Charging Cable. The Charging Indicator flashes Red while charging and turns Green when the headphones are fully charged.
- While charging, the power of the headphones will be turned OFF and the Bluetooth connection will also be disabled.
- Please do not use any charging cables other than the ono provided.
Powering ON
Press and hold the Power Button for 4 seconds and the headphones will turn ON with a ‘Power ON” announcement and the Bluetooth/ANC Indicator lights up in Blue.
Powering OFF
Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds and the headphones will turn OFF with a “Power OFF” announcement. When the power is turned OFF, the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator lights up Red and fades off.
Activating/Deactivating ANC (Active Noise Canceling)
When you power ON headphones, noise canceling Is automatically activated.
While the headphones are in pairing mode, the Bluetooth/ANC indicator will
blink alternately in Red and Blue, and upon connecting to a device such as a
smartphone, the Bluetooth/ANC Indicator will light up In Green.
With the power ON, pressing the ANC Button will play a voice prompt saying
“Noise Canceling OFF’, turning OFF the noise canceling feature, and the
Bluetooth/ANC Indicator will turn OFF.
Pressing the ANC Button again will play a voice prompt saying “Noise
Canceling·, reactivating the noise canceling feature, and the Bluetooth/ANC
Indicator will light up In Green.
Performing Device Pairing
In order to use the FI-ux2DPLwith your device, initial device pairing is necessary. Once the headphone is paired to a device, it will connect to the device automatically next time the power Is turned ON.
Performing initial device pairing:
- Press and hold the Power Button for around 4 seconds and the headphones will turn ON with a “Power ON” announcement. The headphones start device pairing mode automatically with the Bluetooth/ ANG Status Indicator flashing alternately in Red and Blue.
- With the Bluetooth function of the device being ON, choose ‘ UX2000’ under the device list.
The device pairing is successful if “FI-ux20PLConnected’ is shown.
Unpairing current device and preforming new device pairing with another device:
- While the headphone power is OFF, press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds and the headphones will turn ON and start device pairing mode with “Power ON” & ‘ Bluetooth Pairing” announcements and the Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator flashes alternately in Red and Blue.
- With the Bluetooth function of the device is ON, choose “UX2000” under the device list. The device pairing is successful if “FI :ux20PLConnected” is shown.
“This product supports multipoint connections, allowing it to be connected to 2 devices simultaneously.
When connecting a third device or more, It will automatically overwrite the Initially connected device with the newly connected device in sequence. Additionally, the product will automatically connect to previously paired devices. Therefore, if there is a device you do not wish to connect to simultaneously, please turn off the Bluetooth functionality or delete the pairing record on the device.
Deleting the Pairing Record
To prevent unintended connections due to the multipoint feature, which allows simultaneous connection with 2 devices, please delete the pairing information using the following procedure if you wish to disconnect. After the operation is complete, please pair the device again.
- When the device is powered ON, press and hold both the Volume+ Button and the Volume – Button simultaneously until the Bluetooth/ANC Indicator lights up in Purple.
- The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and the Bluetooth/ANC Indicator will blink alternately in Red and Blue, indicating that the pairing record has been deleted.
- Please note that button operations are disabled when the Analog Audio Cable with 3.5mm Plug is connected.
Media Control while Analog Audio Cable is Connected
By connecting the included Analog Audio Cable with 3.5mm Plug into the 3.5mm Audio Jack on the headphones, you can also use them as wired headphones. When the 3.5mm Audio Jack is connected, the power of the headphones will automatically turn OFF, and all the button operations will be disabled. Please perform media control operations on the playback device side.
Gaming Mode
Pressing the ANG Button twice will turn on Gaming Mode, and you will hear a
voice guidance saying ‘Gaming Mode ON”.
During Gaming Mode. you can enjoy content such as games and videos with low-
latency wireless connection.
To turn Gaming Mode OFF, press the ANG Button twice again, and you will hear a
voice guidance saying ‘Gaming Mode OFF’ , turning Gaming Mode OFF.
- The latency reduction effect varies depending on the model connected.

• 1: There is a possibility that this does not work for certain devices.
• Media controls on the headphones are disabled when the headphones is
connected with the Analog Audio Cable.
Maintenance
Regularly wipe the headband and earpads with a soft, dry cloth to keep the headphones clean.

Troubleshooting: When you think, “Is it broken?

that reason, voltage may fall below the level required for operation at the

regarding the method for charging.
Power Button has not been pressed for adequate time| Please press and hold the
Power Button long enough for the headphones to turn ON. Please refer to
“Powering ON” on P.5 for the details of the method.
Analog Audio Cable with 3.5mm Plug is connected| Please disconnect the Analog
Audio Cable since the power is automatically turned OFF once the Analog Audio
cable is connected
Headphones will not turn OFF| An error has occurred| Normally, headphones
power automatically turns OFF when charging. Please try to charge the
headphones by using the supplied USB Type-C charging cable and check if the
Charging Indicator lights up in Red. Then please disconnect the cable and
check again if the power can be turned OFF.
Power Button has not been pressed for adequate time| Please press and hold the
Power Button long enough for the headphones to turn OFF Please refer to
“Powering OFF” on P. 5 for the details of the method
Problem| Cause| Remedy

In case it takes time 10 charge| The output of the USB adapter being used for
charging is low| In case you are using the USB port on a PC, etc., there are
cases in which the output is low and ii may take more lime to charge than the
time stated on the specification. As such please use a SV/1A USB adapter _f0 <
_charging this product.
Headphones cannot be detected I paired| Headphones are not in the pairing
mode| It may be fixed by deleting the pairing record of the headphones. Please
refer to “Deleting the Pairing Record” on P. 8 for the method to delete the
pairing record
Connection automatically established with the previously connected device|
Please try performing the pairing operation again after having deleted the
pairing information from a previously paired device
Unstable music playback| interference from external factors| Bluetooth
communicates using the 2.4GHz band which might be interfered by other wireless
standards such as Wi-Fi, etc. Moreover, the connection is sensitive against
liquid where humidity, rain, or even the size of head could cause disruption
to the connection. The specifications of the device to be connected could
cause variation too. F0< that reason, reducing the distance between devices or
switching OFF unused Wi-Fi Bluetooth of surrounding devices may improve the
connection.
Microphone cannot be used| Analog Audio Cable with 3.5mm Plug is connected| As
the power automatically turned OFF and the microphone is disabled once the
analog audio cable is connected. Please disconnect the analog audio cable.

power of the device will automatically turn OFF, disabling all button

the Analog Audio Cable and power ON the headphones.
Please use this mode while the headphones are wirelessly connected to a
device, such as a smartphone
Unable to activate the ANC| Analog Audio Cable with 3.5mm Plug is connected|
When the included cab le is connected to the 3.5mm Audio Jack, the power of
the device will automatically turn OFF, disabling all button operations and
ANG feature. If you wish to activate the ANG feature, please disconnect the
Analog Audio Cable and power ON the headphones.
Warranty and After Service
The warranty for this product Is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair the product based on the provisions below. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the product was purchased. Regarding questions pertaining to repairs, please contact the store you purchased the product from or contact us by visiting our “Contact” page.
- During the warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge If the product failed even though it was used in accordance with the instructions in the user’s manual and the point of caution sections.
- In the following cases, repairs to the product will be subject to a fee even during the warranty period:
- Warranty card, original purchase receipt or other equivalent document showing the date of purchase are failed to be presented.
- The product Is Identified to be modified, disassembled, or repaired by a third party or customer other than our company or our authorized organizations.
- The headphones were subjected to a strong impact or were allowed to get wet. Product failure resulting from an excessive use of force on the product.
- Failure of the product or damage caused as a result of fire, earthquake, storm or flood damage, lightning strike or other natural disaster.
- Repair of scratches on the surface of the housing or repair of the housing itself.
- We shall not be liable for any Incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or Implied warranty or condition on this product. Nor shall recovery of any kind against us be greater than the original purchase price of the product from us or an our authorized dealer.
Regarding the earpads:
Earpads are considered as consumable parts which is not covered under
warranty. Kindly contact the store you made the purchase from for the
information regarding the purchase of a new pair of earpads.
Disposal Regulation
The rechargeable batteries built into the equipment are recyclable. During disposal, please follow the instructions from your local municipal government and do not attempt to disassemble the product.
