Installation:
Before proceeding with the installation of the ROSSO 60 Induction Hob, please
make sure to read and understand the entire user manual.
- Ensure that the power supply is turned off before starting the installation process.
- Place the induction hob on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. The surface should be capable of supporting the weight of the hob.
- Connect the induction hob to a suitable power outlet using the provided power cord.
- Make sure all electrical connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Once the installation is complete, you can proceed with the usage instructions.
Usage:
Preparing for Use:
- Ensure that the induction hob is properly installed and connected to a power source.
- Use only induction-compatible pots and pans on the hob. Ensure that the bottom of the cookware is flat and clean.
- Clean any moisture or liquid spills from the hob’s surface before use.
Operating the Induction Hob:
- Turn on the power supply.
- Select the desired cooking zone by pressing the corresponding zone button on the hob.
- Place the induction-compatible cookware on the selected cooking zone.
- Press down on the knob of the selected cooking zone to activate it.
- Adjust the heat level using the control knob. Turn it clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease it.
- To switch off a cooking zone, press the corresponding zone button and turn the control knob to the “Off” position.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Clean the induction hob regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Avoid placing hot pans or pots directly onto the control panel to prevent damage.
- Disconnect the power supply and allow the hob to cool down before cleaning or performing any maintenance tasks.

Wiring Guide
Note:
- Hob blue and white connect in the box on the blue clamp.
- Black on L1, brown on L2. blue and white do not disconnect!
