Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Setting Up the Printer
- Unpack the printer and its accessories.
- Connect the printer to a power source using the provided adapter.
- Connect the printer to your computer or POS system using the appropriate interface (USB, Ethernet, etc.).
- If using a cash drawer, connect it to the printer as well.
- Install any necessary printer drivers on your computer or POS system.
Step 2: Loading Paper
- Open the printer cover.
- Insert a roll of 58mm thermal paper into the paper holder, ensuring that the paper is fed from the bottom of the roll.
- Close the printer cover.
Step 3: Configuring Printer Settings
- Access the printer settings menu on your computer or POS system.
- Configure the print density, character size, and any other desired settings.
- Save the settings and exit the menu.

Sample Availability & Policy

for testing and qualification. Samples should be paid for before shipment, and
the price may be higher than for mass orders. When a mass order is placed, we
can either refund thesample cost or include additional products with the
shipment. Samples can be purchased directly from us using T/T, Western
