Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setting Up the Printer

1. Unpack the printer and its accessories.
2. Connect the printer to a power source using the provided adapter.
3. Connect the printer to your computer or POS system using the appropriate interface (USB, Ethernet, etc.).
4. If using a cash drawer, connect it to the printer as well.
5. Install any necessary printer drivers on your computer or POS system.

Step 2: Loading Paper

1. Open the printer cover.
2. Insert a roll of 58mm thermal paper into the paper holder, ensuring that the paper is fed from the bottom of the roll.
3. Close the printer cover.

Step 3: Configuring Printer Settings

1. Access the printer settings menu on your computer or POS system.
2. Configure the print density, character size, and any other desired settings.
3. Save the settings and exit the menu.

Step 4: Testing and Troubleshooting

1. Print a test page to ensure that the printer is functioning correctly.

Sample Availability & Policy

Samples should be paid for before shipment, and the price may be higher than for mass orders.
