Warnings

Safety precautions

  1. Read the instructions before use.
  2. Prevent the cord from coming into contact with water.
  3. Do not use the hot water dispenser without water in the reservoir.
  4. If the power cord is damaged, the hot water dispenser should no longer be used. Contact the retailer to see if repair is possible.
  5. Only use the hot water dispenser indoors.
  6. Prevent the cord from getting hot.
  7. Before use, check that the socket has the correct voltage.
  8. Do not use the blender empty.
  9. Keep out of reach of children.
  10. The hot water dispenser is made to be used under normal household conditions.
  11. Do not use the product with other liquids.
  12. Steam and water are very hot, handle this with care.
  13. Do not use the hot water dispenser above the max and below the min line.
  14. Caution: improper use may result in injury

  1. Clean the water tank before use.
  2. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  3. Fill the water tank with the desired amount. This can be done in 2 ways, by taking off the entire water tank or by taking off the lid and filling the tank from the top. Do not fill above the MAX line.
  4. Now connect the hot water dispenser to the wall socket.
  5. Place a cup under the dispenser. Select the desired temperature and volume and press the ON/OFF button. To stop dispensing press ON/OFF again.

Control panel

  1. Press LOCK for 3/5 seconds to unlock the device. After 10 seconds, the device automatically locks again.
  2. Select the desired temperature: 45ºC / 55ºC / 65ºC / 75ºC / 85ºC / 100ºC.
  3. Choose the desired volume: 100ml / 200ml / 300ml / 400ml.
  4. Select MILK to disperse water at 40ºC degrees. Control panel
  5. Select the COFFEE/TEA function to disperse water at exactly 92ºC degrees. This makes it instantly drinkable.
  6. At volume 000, select to let water flow continuously. Ideal for a pot of tea.
  7. Press ON/OFF to start and stop dispensing.
  8. Lack of water notification: fill the water tank with more water
  9. Descaling notification: descale the hot water dispenser.

Tips

  1. The hot water dispenser has a reminder function, the last programmer will be remembered until the plug is removed from the socket.
  2. If the hot water dispenser fails or does not work properly, the built-in security function may have been activated. Easily reset the appliance with the reset key according to the illustration.

Cleaning

  1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning.
  2. Descale the appliance with natural agents such as vinegar or citric acid.
  3. Add this to the water and fill the water tank to MAX.
  4. Select 100ºC and 000 volume and operate 2/3 times on this setting to rinse everything thoroughly.
  5. Clean the outside with a slightly damp cloth.
  6. Empty the drip tray by gently lifting it.
  7. After cleaning, remove the drain plug at the bottom of the appliance to remove all water residues. Connect it properly after emptying.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Water does not heat Reset the appliance with the reset key.
Water tastes like lime Descale the appliance according to the instructions.
Error: E7 There is not enough water in the water tank.
The memory function does not reset. Unplug the power cord.
