Product Usage Instructions
Quick Start:
- Step 1: Add clear water to the pot.
- Step 2: Put the lid on the pot and place the pot on the power base. Ensure good contact and make sure not to exceed the maximum water level.
- Step 3: Rotate the knob to select the desired temperature. The kettle will automatically start working 4 seconds after the temperature is selected.
- Step 4: Touch the KEEP WARM button to activate the keep warm function. Then rotate the knob to set the time. The function will start working after the time is set. Hold the button for 3 seconds to mute the kettle.
- Step 5: After the water reaches the desired temperature, the kettle will stop working and start keeping the water warm.
- Step 6: Touch the Preset button, then rotate the temperature control knob to cycle through 5 preset temperatures. Touch again to set the exact temperature.

Quick Start
- Step 1: Add clear water to the pot.

- Step 3: Rotate the knob to select the desired temperature. The kettle automatically starts to work 4 seconds after the temperature is selected.

SET TEMPERATURE
Preset Temperature
Touch the “Preset” button, then rotate the temperature control knob to circle 5 preset temperatures. Touch again, you can set the exact temperature.
- 175°F: Green tea
- 185°F: White tea
- 195°F: Oolong tea
- 200°F: Coffee
- 212°F: Black tea/boiling
Keep Warm
- Press the “KEEP WARM” button.
- Rotate the temperature control knob to select a time from 30 minutes to 12 hours. This function automatically activates 3 seconds after the time set.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the kettle and base with a soft, damp cloth. Make sure that the electric socket on the underside of the kettle is kept dry.
- Dry all parts after every use.
- DO NOT use disinfectants, abrasives, or cleaners that contain bleach, alcohol, ammonia, or chlorides, all of which can harm stainless.
- DO NOT use steel wool or scrub pads. They can scratch the surface, leaving it vulnerable to moisture. Also, fragments of steel wool can become embedded in the stainless finish and rust.
Descaling
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently.
Descaling removes any mineral deposits that have built up inside the kettle.
Always descale the kettle before and after storing it for long periods of
time.
- Unplug the kettle and pour out all the water. Make sure the kettle is cool.
- Squeeze half a lemon into the kettle, or add½ US cup/ 118 mL of distilled vinegar into the kettle.
- If the kettle has thick scale buildup, scrub the kettle’s inner walls with an anon-scratch scrub sponge.
- Add 2 cups of water. Boil the mixture.
- Pour out the mixture, then wipe off any remaining scale with a nonabrasive cloth, sponge, or cleaning brush.
- Repeat as needed.
Note:
For quick desca/ing, add 3 UStablespoons/44 mL of baking soda to ½ US cup I
118 mL of vinegar into the kettle. Swirl the mixture around until it coats the
walls of the kettle, wipe with a non-scratch sponge, and pour the mixture out.
This method will only work for a thin layer of scale.
