Please read through the following safety precautions carefully before switching on this appliance.

SAFETY

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years old or above 8 years old, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 years old and supervised.
  10. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
  11. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Do not touch hot surfaces.
  12. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Cool down before putting on or taking off parts of equipment, and before cleaning it.
  13. Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before connecting the device. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet. reverse the plugf it til does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in anyway.

PARTS DESCRIPTIO

  1. Uncoil the cable completely.
  2. Check that the heating plate is clean and dust-free.If necessary, wipe with a dry cloth.
  3. Place the device on a flat stable surface to make free space around the device at a minimum of 10 cm. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet for outside use.
  1. Open the appliance.
  2. Connect the plug into rated voltage the appliance begins preheating and the red indicator light is iluminated. Once the cooking surface has reached the preset temperature(usually it will take about 3~5 minutes), the red indicator light is off and this appliance is ready to cook.
  3. Open the appliance and place your food on the lower plate.
  4. Turn off the device and the red light will comne on again.
  5. Turn on the appliance when the red light goes off again and check if the food is “brown” enough. The cooking time required for the food depends on the type of food, the fillings and your personal taste.
  6. After toasting, to remove your food with a wooden or plastic spatula.
  7. After using,pull out the plug and open the upper lid let it get cool.
    Caution:
    Depending on the thickness of your food, takes approx. 5-8 minutes.
  1. The first heating process should take place without any foodstuffs let it heats for about ten minutes. There may be a slight development of smoke or smell.This is normal and harmless.
  2. When power is switched on, the red indicator light is on, and the appliance is heating upwhile the light is off, the appliance stops working.
  3. If too much food is put into the device and the device cannot be turned off, do not use excessive force to turn off the device as this may damage it.
  4. Never use sharp fork or knife to remove the food as this would damage the non-stick coating of cooking surface. Use heat-resistant wood or plastic uten-sils only.
  5. Always unplug the appliance from the power socket when do not use.

Caution:

  • Before cleaning,unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
  • Wipe the inside and the edges of the appliance with a paper towel or a soft cloth
  • Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel woolas this will damage the finish
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
