Water Resistance
In order to ensure water does not enter the watch and cause damage to it, please follow the instructions listed below:
- Ensure the crown is in the closed position before contact with water.
- Do not adjust the crown while the timepiece is in contact with water.
- For timepieces with pusher-enabled functionality, do not engage the function underwater.
- Exposure to extreme atmopheres is not recommended (i.e. hot water, saunas or steam rooms).
- Avoid exposure to water moving with force (i.e. water running from a faucet, ocean waves or waterfalls).
- Avoid long exposure to salt water. After contact with salt water, rinse watch under tap water if rated 5ATM or higher and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
RECOMMENDATIONS
WATCHES WITH TIME AND DATE
Date Setting
- Pull the crown out to position 2.
- Turn the crown either clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the date.
- The direction that moves the date varies on different watchmodels.
Time Setting
- Pull crown out to position 3.
- Turn counter-clockwise to advance the time and continue until the day changes to the present day.
- Set to the correct time.
- Push crown back to position 1.
NOTE: To ensure accuracy, do not set the date and weekday between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
WATCHES WITH TIME, DAY AND DATE
Day-Date Setting
- Pull crown out to position 2.
- Turn crown clockwise until correct day is shown in day window.
- Turn crown counterclockwise until correct date is shown in date window.
- Return crown to position 1.
Time Setting
- Pull crown out to position 3.
- Turn crown counter-clockwise until correct time is shown.
- Return crown to position 1.

Date Setting
- Pull the stem out to position 2.
- Turn the stem clockwise to set the correct date.
- Push stem back to the position 1.
Time Setting
- Pull the crown out to position 3.
- Turn the crown to set the correct time.
- Push the crown to the position 1.
Setting The Positions of The Stopwatch Hands
- Press B to reset the stopwatch, and check the alignment of the stopwatch second hand.
- Pull out the stem to the position 3.
- If the second hand or minutes is also misaligned, press B to move the it.
- After making the adjustments you want, push the crown back in to the position 1.
How To Adjust
How To Adjust Stainless Steel Links
- Place the links on the watch tool. Align the head of watch pin with the tool needle.
- Turn the tool needle to push the pin out.
- Repeat until desired number of links are removed.
- Rejoin link parts. Insert the head of watch pin into the links.
- Press pin into the links until it is flush.
How To Adjust Mesh Bracelet
- Pry the locking plate to open clasp. (Picture-1)
- Move clasp to desired bracelet length. (Picture-2)
- Exert pressure while holding locking plate, Slide clasp back and forth until it engages in grooves on underside of bracelet.
- Press locking plate down until it snaps closed. Clasp can be damaged if excessive force is used. (Picture-3)
WARRANTY
Your new OLEVS timepiece is warranted only to the original owner by OLEVS for 1 years from date of purchase. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty card is fully and correctly completed by an Authorized OLEVS dealer at the time of purchase and/or you provide original proof of purchase. Coverage: The warranty covers parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, or, OLEVS at its option, will replace the watch with a comparable watch. This warranty does not cover:
- Periodic Service and Maintenance for Mechanical OLEVS watches;
- Damage resulting from improper handling, abnormal use, alteration, negligence or lack of care of the watch;
- Normal wear and tear and aging including deterioration and scratches to the watch finish (case, bracelet, crown or crystal);
- The battery, crystal or strap;
- Water damage if the model is not marked “water-resistant” and moisture or water damage to watch which are improperly resealed after opening of the case;
- Improperly or incorrectly performed Service and Maintenance, repairs or servicing voids the warranty.
Any Service and Maintenance, repairs or servicing which requires opening of the case, must be performed by a properly qualified technician, preferably an Authorized OLEVS Dealer or by OLEVS. All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, are limited to the duration of the expressed limited warranty. OLEVS is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the watch. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so the limitations in this warranty may not apply to you.
