Material Preparation
Before using the electric spray gun, it is important to prepare the materials properly. Refer to the thinning chart and picture provided in the user manual.

Steps to Use the Paint Sprayer

Step 1: Unscrew the paint container
Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun.

Step 2: Adjust the suction tube

  • If spraying upward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the back of the gun.
  • If spraying downward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the front of the gun.

Step 3: Pour material into the container

Pour the material into the container, making sure not to exceed the maximum capacity of 800ml.

Step 4: Connect the spray gun body to the motor

  • Hold the spray gun by hand and align the slot on the spray gun with the slot on the motor. Insert it securely.

Step 5: Adjust the needle adjusting screw

  • To decrease paint volume and lower paint thickness, adjust the screw to the left.
  • To increase paint volume and increase paint thickness, adjust the screw to the right.

Step 6: Turn on the power switch and spray paint
Turn on the power switch and press the trigger to start spraying paint.

How To Spray Properly

  • Correct: Keep stroke smooth and at an even speed.
  • Incorrect: Do not flex the wrist while spraying.

How to use

  1. Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun.
  2. Adjust the suction tube
    • If spraying upward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the back of the gun.
    • If spraying downward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the front of the gun.
  3. Pour material into container, make sure not to exceed 800ml.
  4. Remove the motor
    • Hold the spray gun with your hand.
    • At the same time, hold the motor handle by hand and rotate it 90 ° counterclockwise.
    • Pull out to remove the motor from the spray gun.
  5. Connect the spray gun body to the motor
    • Hold the spray gun by hand, align the slot on the spray gun with the slot on the motor, and then insert it (as shown in the figure).
    • Hold the motor handle by hand and rotate the right hand 90 ° clockwise.
    • When the gun is parallel to the main engine, it is locked.
  6. Adjust the needle adjusting screw to meet your requirement.
