Safety Instructions

Read and follow all safety instructions in this manual:

1. Avoid minefields, strong magnetic fields, humid and high-voltage areas during installation.
2. Ensure that the wiring is correct and firm to avoid accidents such as short circuit damage to components and burnout of the controller.
3. Please check whether the input power supply of the controller (must be matched according to the power supply voltage of the controller) meets the product requirements.
4. Any problem, please do not repair it without permission, please contact the seller.

Installing Your Floor Ught

1. Rotate and fix the lamp post according to the direction of the base.
2. Connect three lamp posts.
3. Reinforce the lamp bars with Allen Key and screws.
4. Connect your phone to WiFi (Only 2.4Ghz)/Open the data network/Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

Smartlife APP Download

1. Register an account and choose your country.
2. Connect your phone to WiFi (Only 2.4Ghz)/Open the data network/Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

Networking Method

• Device name: DFQY-CS14
• Turn on device, long press the control box ” ® ” button Ss, the floor lamp flashes red, the device enters the network configuration state.

Automatic Networking:

1. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth & WiFi, Login Smart Life APP:
   Pop up the reminder of adding devices within the Bluetooth search range of the mobile phone(figure 1). Enter your WiFi account and password(figure 2). Complete the device addition(figure 3/4).

2. When no add reminder pops up, enter the add interface through [Add Device] in the middle of the screen or[+] on the upper right of the screen. At this time, the Bluetooth search continues to work, and the search status is displayed on the top of the screen. After searching for the product to be added, click the product icon (Figure 5), and follow the prompts to complete the addition.

Connect your phone to WiFi, Manual networking:

1. Select the Atmosphere lamp (Wi-Fi+BLE) in the Lighting category (Figure 1), select Next (Figure 2) to enter the 2.4G network selection interface (Figure 3) At this time, the light bar status selection (Blink Slowly/ Blink Quickly) interface (Figure 4).
2. When the light bar Blink Quickly, enter WiFi account and password (Figure 1), and follow the interface operation prompts to complete the device addition (Figure 2/3). After the network distribution is successful, the default red light will be on.
3. When the light bar Blink Slowly, enter WiFi account and password(Figure 1). To enter the AP hotspot configuration network jump interface (Figure 2). Click to jump to the mobile network settings (Figure 3), select the Smartlife-XXXX hotspot and return to the Smart Life APP, waiting for the APP to automatically complete the network configuration.

Add Custom Scenarios

The user can completely customize the scene lighting effect. After the scene is successfully added, the interface will appear in the fourth category (Customize) in the scene mode:

• Can customize the lighting effect of each light bar.
• A total of seven custom lighting effects: Static, Gradient, Jump, Breathe, Flashing, rainbow, Stream.
• Customized color (color can be set by segment), lighting effect speed.

NOTE

1. Confirm the home router Wi-Fi signal type because a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is required to add a device.
2. Wrong password is the main reason why pairing fails. Please check your password and try again.
3. To ensure successful pairing, we suggest you enabling the following access, such as location, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
4. Please complete the pairing within three minutes after the device is reset.

Alexa Connect

1. Complete product networking configuration in the Smart Life Complete the device’s networking configuration according to the prompts in the App.
   Note : In the App, change the name of the device to an easily identifiable name such as Alexa, names are usually in English, such as “floor lamp'”.

2. Key step – link
   Tap on “Skills” in the Alexa app menu.

Then search for “Smart Life”. Tap “Enable” to enable the Skill.

Enter the Smart Life APP account and password, then tap “Link Now” to link your Smart Life account to enable the Skill. Now you can start your smart home journey.

Common commands
Control the device via voice commands Now you can control your smart device with Echo. You can control your device (such as your floor lamp) with the following commands:
Alexa, turn on floor lamp.

Troubleshooting

• Remote control cannot be used.
  Remove the plastic foil from the remote control.

• Unable to download Smart Life APP.
  Mobile APP supports ios 10.0 or higher, Android requires Android 4.4 or higher.

• Issue problems in using the Smart Life App.
  Open Smart Life APP, tap [Me]-[FAQ & Feedback] – [Consult]. you also can put forward your suggestions and problems, so that we can upgrade the software and better serve our customers.
