Safety Instructions

Read and follow all safety instructions in this manual:

1. Avoid minefields, strong magnetic fields, and high-voltage areas during installation,

Smart Ufe APP Download

1. Register an account and choose your country.
2. Connectyour phone to WiFi {Only 2.4Ghz)/Open the data network/Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

Networking Method

• Device name: EL-BSP-001
• Turn on device, long press the Control Box” “button 5s, the floor lamp flashes red, the device enters the network configuration state.

2. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth & WiFI, Login Smart Life APP:
   Pop up the reminder of adding devices within the Bluetooth search range of the mobile phone{figure 1). Enter your WI Fl account and password(figure 2). Complete the device addition{figure 3/4).

3. When no add reminder pops up, Enter the add interface through [Add Device] in the middle of the screen or[+] on the upper right of the screen. At this time, the Bluetooth search continues to work, and the search status is displayed on the top of the screen. After searching for the product to be added, click the product icon (Figure S), and follow the prompts to complete the addition.

5. Select the Strip Lights (BLE+Wi-Fi) in the Lighting category (Figure 1), select Next (Figure 2) to enter the 2.4G network selection interface (Figure 3) At this time, the light strip status selection (Blink Slowly/ Blink Quickly) Interface (Figure 4).

6. When the strip light Blink Quickly, enter WiFi account and password (Figure 1), and follow the interface operation prompts to complete the device addition (Figure 2/3). After the network distribution is successful, the default red light will be on.

7. When the light bar Bllnk Slowly, enter WiFi account and password (Figure 1) to enter the AP hotspot configuration network jump interface (Figure 2). Click to jump to the mobile network settings (Figure 3), select the Smartlife-XXXX hotspot and return to the Smart Life APP, waiting for the APP to automatically complete the network configuration.

Add Custom Scenarios

The user can completely customize the scene lighting effect. After the scene is successfully added, the interface will appear in the fourth category (Customize) in the scene mode:

• Can customize the lighting effect of each light bar.
• A total of seven custom lighting effects: Static, Gradient, Jump, Breathe, Flashing, Rainbow, Stream.
• Customized color (color can be set by segment), lighting effect speed.

NOTE

1. Confirm the home router Wi-Fi signal type because a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is required to add a device.
2. Wrong password is the main reason why pairing fails. Please check your password and try again.
3. To ensure successful pairing, we suggest you enabling the following access, such as location, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
4. Please complete the pairing within three minutes after the device is reset.
5. lf you changed the Wifi password, please reconnect. When restoring to factory settings, you must turn off the device for lOS and try again

Alexa Connect

1. Complete product networking configuration in the Smart Lile App
   Complete the device’s networking configuration according to the prompts in the App.
   Nate: In the App, cllange the name af the device to an easily identifiable name 5UCh H Alexa; name5 are usually In Engl15h, M1Ch H Ried strtpR.

3. Tap on “Skills” in the Alexa app menu.

4. Then search for “Smart Life”. Tap “Enable” to enable the Skill.

5. Enter the Smart Life APP account and password, then tap “Link Nowu to link your Smart Life account to enable the Skill. Now you can start your smart home journey.

6. Common commands
   Control the device via voice commands Now you can control your smart device with Echo. You can control your device (such as your led strip) with the following commands: Alexa, turn on led strip.
   Alexa, turn off led strip.

Installation Steps

Method 1:

select the hardware fixing buckle and double-sided sponge glue to fix it on the plane)

• A. Wipe the surface to ensure it is clean and dry.
• B. Peel off the protective film on the tape, stick the strip on and press over it firmly.
• C. Cllpthe llght bar on the fixed card buckle, with the llght-emltHng side facing up, tear off the double-sided sponge fllm paper, and paste It on a smooth surface.
• D. Turn on the light bar and start using it.

Method 2:

Select the hardware fixing buckle and the buckle screw to fix it on the plane

• A. Wipe the surface to ensure It is clean and dry.
• B. After punching holes in the plane, insert the snap screw rubber plug, then insert the snap screw into the hole in the middle of the hardware fixing clip, and tighten the screw to fix the clip.
• C. Clip the light bar on the fixing clip on the plane, with the lightemitting side facing up.
• D. Turn on the light bar and start using it.

Note: The light bar has 12 metal scissor positions per meter (the transparent part in the middle of the light bar can clearly see the golden scissors position). When cutting, it must be cut at the scissors position. Can be plugged ln (cut out the unused part and

Troubleshooting

• Remote control cannot be used.
  Remove the plastic foil from the remote control.

• Unable to download Smart Life APP.
  Mobile APP supports ios 10.0 or higher, Android requires Android 4.4 or higher.

• Issue problems in using the Smart Life App.
  Open Smart Life APP, tap [Me]-[FAQ & Feedback] – [Consult]. you also can put forward your suggestions and problems, so that we can upgrade the software and better serve our customers.
