  2. Preparing and installing the filter
Take the filter out of the packaging and rinse it under tap water for 10 seconds.
Unscrew the lid and remove the straw. Insert the filter cartridge into the straw, and reattach the straw back to the lid and twist it tight.

  3. Filling the bottle
Fill the bottle with tap water up to the max line (for every day bottle only). Screw the lid back on to the bottle. Now take a sip and enjoy!

  4. Changing the filter cartridge
One filter can filter up to 150 liters of tap water. To ensure optimal filtration and hygiene, it is recommended to replace the filter every 4 weeks. To do this, repeat step 2.

Caution

  • GoZero™ Everyday bottle is made with BPA-free Tritan and GoZero™ Everyday Insulated bottle is made with food-grade 18/8 stainless steel. When used with the Everyday filter, the bottle can only be filled with municipally treated ambient tap water (5℃ to 38℃/41℉ to 100℉), which is safe to drink according to legal regulation.
  • When the filter is removed, the Everyday bottle and Everyday Insulated bottle can be filled with water of 0℃ to 55℃/32℉ to 131℉. When filled with hot water, please be careful, in case it splashes out when you open the cap.
  • Consume the water in the bottle within a day.
  • If an instruction is given from the authorities that mains water must be boiled, then the filtered water by this bottle must also be boiled. When the instruction to boil water is no longer in force, the entire bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, and filter replaced. For some groups of people (e.g. those with impaired immunity and babies), it is recommended that tap water should be boiled, which also applies to the filtered water by this bottle.
  • Do not fill the bottle with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.
  • The filtration of particles from the tap water may result in a significantly lower flow rate. In such cases, we recommend changing the filter more frequently.
  • When not using your GoZero™ Everyday, or Everyday Insulated bottle for a long period of time, the bottle should be disassembled and stored completely dry. If the filter hasn’t been used for more than 2 days, rinse it under the tap water for 1 minute; if it hasn’t been used for more than 10 days, the filter should be replaced.
  • When not using the filter for more than 2 days, please dry the filter, store it in a sealed plastic bag and keep it in the refrigerator (not the freezer).
  • Always store spare filters in a cool, dry place and ensure that they are tightly sealed.
  • Do not microwave and do not store the bottle and filter in the freezer.
