Our lungs are designed to breathe in oxygen, not ozone, so breathing in high concentrations of ozone is harmful to your health. If you’ve breathed in ozone, vitamin C will aid fast recovery. If a room contains excessive amounts of ozone, open the windows and leave promptly.

Tips For Your Equipment Set-Up
As you have probably guessed, always place and store your ozone generator on a hard, level surface.
The OZONODE is not made for enclosed spaces or proximity to heated air. Restricted airflow and heat can cause overheating or damage.

Tips For Operating Your Equipment
Just like other electrical devices, never allow water to enter your generator.
Is there any exposed wires, or burnt or damaged power cords present? Do not use it!
Don’t push any objects into the air vents or openings of your generator. Doing so can cause a fire or an electric shock by shorting out interior components.
Contact us if your equipment does not function correctly.

Warning: An air embolism can cause serious injury or death. Only a licensed practitioner should administer intravenous (IV) ozone/O3.
Warning: When ozonating oil, the user must make sure the oil does not enter the tube. This can cause a fire. Remember: It’s important to remove and clean the tube thoroughly immediately after the oil ozonation process.
Caution: Want to ozonate water? Ensure the appropriate use of the accompanying diffuser or water bubbler kit. Be careful that there is no water backflow into the ozone unit.

Ready to get started?
Remove all the pieces from their packaging and ensure the following are present.

Caution: The ozone generator requires an oxygen supply (for example, an oxygen cylinder or oxygen concentrator) to work.

Tips for using the ozone generator

Place the ozone generator on a flat dry surface where it can be kept away from water and heat.
Plug the generator into the power. Choose the L1 switch and allow a five- minute warm up before connecting to an oxygen supply.

When making ozonated water or ozonated oil you can always connect any unused ozone back to the inbuilt ozone destruct via the ozone destruct port to avoid inadvertently breathing in ozone that would otherwise off gas into the room.

To set up your oxygen cylinder

Slide the regulator over the stem so the holes line up correctly.
Hold the regulator in place and turn the metal handle to secure the regulator to the cylinder stem. Use a wrench to secure on tightly.
Once the regulator is securely fastened, open the cylinder valve and verify there are no leaks. You can open the regulator by turning the click-knob on the end. Remember to close the valve after confirmation.
Connect the oxygen tube to the regulator barb.

The other end of the oxygen tube can then be inserted into the back of the ozone machine via the oxygen inlet nozzle.
Set the gas flow rate of the oxygen regulator and open the cylinder valve.
You are now ready to create medical ozone gas by simply choosing the appropriate ozone level button. The chart on the unit will help you determine the right oxygen flow rate and ozone concentration for the protocol you wish to administer.

Set up using the oxygen concentrator

Take the oxygen concentrator out of the box and cut the cable ties underneath.
Note that the oxygen concentrator comes with a lot of other attachments – you can set those aside, they are required for breathing oxygen and not used for the purposes of ozone therapy.

Plug in the oxygen concentrator using the converter plug supplied, turn on at the back and then push the on switch on the front display panel. You will notice a whirring sound and the screen will light up.

Ok, we’re almost there! Right before you begin producing your very own ozone, decide on the concentration and flow rate you’d like but referring to the chart on the ozone unit. Once you select the concentration, first select the right corresponding flow rate on your low flow metre or oxygen regulator and then select M1 or M2 and push the appropriate level button on the ozone generator. natural ozone Ozonode Home Ozone Generator

maintenance

Cleaning
Your ozone generator will be damaged by water or other fluids because they can damage the internal hardware. To clean, wipe down the exterior using a slightly damp cloth only.
Note: Remember to unplug when cleaning.

Ozone quartz tube and Ozone destruct
If you find the ozone quartz tube is cracked or the ozone destruct is running at a lowered efficiency, they are easily replaceable. Simply contact us for replacement.

Your generator is a premium-quality unit as, as such, comes with a one-year warranty from the date we ship it to you.
If you have any problems within a one-year period following your purchase, we will repair, or if necessary, replace it for you. As we have mentioned, water and fluid are damaging so your warranty will be voided if water damage is found inside the unit.
