SAFETY
WARNING! Read operation instructions before use.
X DO NOT leave the unit unattended while in operation.
Check capacity and maximum inflation pressure of inflatable before commencing
inflation.
Monitor the pressure gauge while in operation.
The gauge should be used as an indication of pressure only. We recommend the
use of a dial pressure gauge for definitive reading.
WARNING! This compressor is capable of producing a high pressure.
X DO NOT inflate any item beyond its maximum capacity.
X DO NOT direct inflation hose connector head at yourself, others or
animals.
X DO NOT carry by the hose, or yank the hose from an inflation valve.
X DO NOT pull the power cable from the vehicle accessory socket by the
power lead.
X DO NOT get the compressor wet or use in the rain.
X DO NOT use the compressor for a task it was not designed to perform.
X DO NOT operate the compressor if any parts are missing as this may
cause failure or possible personal injury.
X DO NOT open the unit.
Keep children and non essential persons away from the inflation area.
Keep the compressor clean and in good condition.
Avoid bending the hose during inflation.
Turn off the pump immediately if overheating or any abnormality is observed
during operation.
If no preset pressure value, DO NOT leave the pump unattended during inflation
to prevent the air pressure getting too high.
Keep the pump away from any flammable or combustible objects during operation,
since the built-in DC motor may generate sparks during operation.
Keep the pump away from moisture, sand and shock.
X DO NOT store the pump in extremely cold or hot places. That will
shorten product life, damage battery, or deform the structure.
Avoid using strong chemicals or detergents to clean the product.
X DO NOT disassemble the product. DO NOT throw the product into fire or
household waste.
X DO NOT let children use the product.
X DO NOT insert the hose into mouth, ears,or eyes of humans or animals.
tt must not be used as a toy.
This compressor is not designed for continuous use. Operation over an extended
period of time will overheat the unit and damage the compressor. It should not
be used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off
and let it cool for 15
minutes before resuming operation.
INTRODUCTION
Compact digital tire compressor with output of 12L/min. Pressure gauge reads
up to 120psi (kPa, kg/cm and bar equivalents). 5.5 inch extension tube with
Schrader connection. Micro USB rechargeable (cable supplied). USB output for
charging mobile phone etc. (5V/6A).
Supplied with sports ball pin adaptor, balloon/inflatables adaptor and also a
Presta valve adapter for road bicycle tires. Built-in 1W SMD LED for ease of
use at night. Preset the desired psi to begin operation and unit will cut-out
automatically once that pressure is reached. Auto cut-out if hose kinks, to
avoid damage to pump.

OPERATION
4.1. CHARGING
4.1.1. Plesae charge the battery fully before use fig 2. Especially for the
first time or after it is unused for a long time. Charge for about 4 hours for
full charge. Other functions of the product are not available during charging.
4.2.
USING THE USB CHARGING PORT
4.2.1. USB output of compressor plug is and play.
4.2.2. The air pump will not work, when you are charging a device from the
tire inflator. The USB output will turn off automatically. 4.3. USING THE LED LIGHT
4.3.1. Press the LED light button once (fig.4) to turn on the light. Press the
button twice for a slow flash, and three times for a SOS flashing light
pattern.
4.4.
SETTING THE PRESSURE
NOTE:
- When the pre-set value is lower than the value of peripheral pressure, the air pump cannot be activated.
- This unit has an integrated mechanism for temperature protection. Self-protection will be activated to stop external inflation when the temperature exceeds 5°F to 131°F. It should not be used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation.
- Arecommended inflation range is labelled on the side of tire.
4.4.1. Turnon the pressure gauge by pressing the ‘U’ button (fig.5).
4.5.
SELECT PRESSURE UNIT
After turning on the pressure gauge, press the ‘U’ button (fig.5) again to
select the air pressure units on the display.
NOTE: Conversion relationship of related units is as follow

4.5.1. To set the output pressure value press the + or – buttons (fig.6).
4.6. INFLATION
Connect the inflatable object as shown below.
4.6.1. Press the start/stop button (fig.7) to start inflating. When the air
pressure in the inflated object reaches the preset air pressure value, the air
pump stops inflating automatically.
46.2. Press the start/stop button can pause during the inflation, then press
again to resume.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
**** Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
