Set It Up

Adjustable Bracket Angle

Adjust the angle to meet all your needs. (Note: The maximum adjustable angle of the stand is 90°)

Opening Mode & Storage

Opening mode: Please open the right display screen first, and then open the left displav screen. Note: Please open the product in order, to avoid damage of the device.

Double screen storage: After use, please fold the left display screen first, and then fold the right display screen.

Connect the Monitor with Your Laptop

*Just use one TYPE-C to TYPE-C cable to connect your laptop.
Note:** Some Type-C ports may not be able to transmit currents above 5V/3A, please connect an external power supply to better use the monitor. (Connect with adapter in accessories or your adapter of your laptop)

• If plug-in an external power (5V/3A or above), the monitor can reversely charge your laptop.

• If you only use Type-C connected, the laptop will supply power to the product.
  (In this situation, the power consumption of the laptop will increase,
  if you need to use it for a long time, please make laptop or the product connected with an external power supply.)

• Not all laptops with USB-C port can work with X50 Monitor.Pls check if the USB-C port of your laptop is Type-C Full Function Port (supply audio & video signal transmission).

Windows Laptop

Connect to a laptop with a full-function Type C interface:

If the user’s laptop system is WIN 10, in the desktop state of the
laptop, the interface shown as below:

1. Enter the Display Settings interface. (Start Settings > System > Display)

2. Identify the Screen/Set Display Direction Click and drag the screens to the configuration shown.

3. Start Duplication/Extension Setting
   If you need to set different display modes on the triple monitor, please drag 3/1/2(click the “Identify” button down the screen to find the corresponding screen. Select one of them, and then enter into the “Multiple displays” menu to set.

4. Start Rotation Setting
   If any of the screens are upside down, click the display menu on the screen. Then click the “Orientation” dropdown menu and select to “Landscape(flipped)”

5. Start Scaled Ration Setting
   To increase the zoom, click the dropdown of “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” and select “150%”

6. In order to make the three screens display different, you should make the selection as the follow pictures show

In the setting of the graphic card, you can set three displays sync. If you have any problems, please consult KPKUE service.

In this interface, if you select “Rearrange Displays”, then arrange the working order of multiple monitors, select “Extend these displays”, you can realize 3-screen split-screen office, display different content, and the screen is triple different show. The arrangement order is as shown in the figure above, which is “3-1-2”, which is convenient for users to move the mouse cursor during work. The purpose of this setting is to allow users to make different settings according to their work needs.

Just Use One Screen Method

If you only need to use one of the screens, you can select “Show desktop only I and 2”, long press the “MENU” button on the left screen to close the left screen, and fold the left screen to achieve Single screen office; If you only need to use one of the screens, you can select “Show desktop only 1 and 3”, long press the “MENU” button on the right screen to close the right screen, and fold the right screen to achieve Single screen office; ** Tips:
Connecting with MAC laptop, the dual monitor have the “Mirror Displays Mode” and “Extended Display”.
“Extended Display”: No need to set up, after connecting, it is “Extended Displays” Mode.

OSD Function Introduction

OSD Overview

• “+” buttons:

• “MENU, +, -“buttons:

  1. Press the “MENU” button to show the OSD menu.
  2. Press “+” button to choose your settings.
  3. Press the “MENU” button to confirm.
  4. Press “+” button to confirm your choice.
  5. Press the “MENU” button to confirm again.
  6. Press “+” button to increase, or press ” ” button to reduce.
     Note:
     If you need not to use the OSD menu, no action required. The OSD menu will disappear a few seconds. Or you can press “”, the OSD will disappear.

Restore OSD Default

• If you accidentally change the OSD default language setting, please follow the picture below to restore the OSD default value:

1. Press the “MENU” button.
2. Press the “+”to choose ” “, then to press “MENU” button.

Brightness Setting

• Brightness: The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
• Contrast: The adjusting rang is from 0 to 100.
• Black Level: The adjusting rang is from 0 to 100.
• Sharpness: The adjusting rang is from 0 to 100.

MISC Setting

Signal Source:
Contains Sour: TYPE C
Low Blue Light:
Decreases the amount of blue light in the display.

Reset Setting

Reset: Selects RESET to revert all settings to the factory default mode.

OSD Setting

• Language: Selects OSD language. The selections are as follows: English, French, German, Simplified Chiness, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Dutch, Japanese, Korean.
• OSD Timer: Sets time-out for monitor setting menu (10-60 seconds).
• Transparency: Sets the transparency of monitor settings menus.

Color temp Setting

• Color Temp: Enables the adjustment of each RGB color, or select a Warm or Cool preset level.
• Red: The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
• Green: The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
• Blue: The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.

Image Setting

• ECO: Presets the display settings for various modes (Standard/Game/ Movie/Text/FPS/RTS Modes)
• DCR: Selects ON or OFF to enable or disable the dynamic contrast ratio function.
• Aspect: Adjusts the aspect ratio to 4:3/WIDE.

In order to ensure the normal use of this product and prevent accidents
such as electric shock, fire and so on, please read and understand all usage
requirements and operating procedures before using this product. Please
strictly comply with the following requirements:

• Pay attention to avoid excessive humidity and dust, so as to avoid circuit corrosion causing failure.
• Do not squeeze the surface of the product screen; When you stop using the equipment, please disconnect the power supply in time.
• Cleaning: Please use a screen wiping cloth to clean the monitor. And do not connect the monitor to the computer when cleaning.
• Please don’t use cleaning tools containing alcohol/acid substance the screen.
• When the screen becomes black or flashes, or cannot work anymore, please contact us for help. Do not repair the screen by yourself!
