COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER INSTALLATION
- Make sure the ice bin and unit are installed level (With SM80S unit must tilt slightly towards the wall)
- Supplied inline filter must be installed (depending on water quality, the filter cartridge needs to be replaced every 3 to 6 months)
- A minimum of 2bar water pressure is required for the water inlet valve to open sufficiently
- If an OR water filter system is used, production capacity will be affected
- The ice maker needs its own dedicated plug point. (15-amp socket) With a 20-amp single-phase circuit breaker. (Do not run any other appliance on the same line i.e. freezer)
- Do not use any extension cord, as low voltage will also damage electronics
- Do not run the unit off a generator
- Supplied drain pipes must be installed on the main machine and bin (pipes should run at a downward angle as water is drained by gravity)
- All units are pretested before being dispatched
