FAQs
We can only get sound from the microphones when the volume is on maximum. What are we doing wrong?! This is way too loud!
I can’t change the volume either! It’s just super loud!
Can you sing to your own lyrics through the microphones?
Yes you can sing your own lyrics, and it has a voice changer. I would recommend for kids under 10.
How to charge this speaker ?
There is a micro USB slot to charge.
How long are the microphone cords?
Not very long, this is really just for little kids, I would say up to 9-10. Any older I would get something a little better.
One of our mics stopped working. Can we get a replacement?
Please contact us using the email address on the contact card that came with the machine and I can sort one for you.
Does it play CDS?
No it does not play CD’s.
Can this be used while plugged in for power? Like if the battery is dead, can it still be used while it is charging up?
Yes, you can charge it whilst using it.
Are there songs included?
No u have to use your own music.
How do I charge this? There’s wasn’t anything in the box except for the machine and 2 microphones. There’s no charger, aux cord, USB or instructions.
I use a cord that I have had that has USB connections and a wall plug-in to charge it.
How long are the microphone cords?
Less than 5 foot, this is really just for kids under 10.
Does it play CDS?
No it does not play CD’s. It is Blue tooth as well as you can connect a device to it – like and IPOD.
Can you adjust the volume on the microphones?
yes, there are independent volume and microphone knobs.
Will we be able to use as a speaker if we do not hook up to Bluetooth?
Yes, however, I recommend this for kids under 10, the sound quality sucks.
Sound quality?
Not great, this is really just for little kids, probably under 10. I would get something better for older kids/ adults.
Does the microphone have volume control?
Each microphone has an on-and-off switch. The speaker box has a volume control but I live in an apartment and found it didn’t turn down low enough for my purposes. Since my grandkids really liked this set, I put clear tape over the microphone head to block some of the sounds.
