Important Safety Instructions

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.

1. The device is for household use only and not for medical or commercial purposes.
2. DO NOT disassemble or modify the device, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
3. DO NOT expose the device to extreme conditions, such as high temperatures, humidity, direct sunlight, or dusty environments.
4. DO NOT use excessive force on the tape or the gear as this may cause permanent damage to the device.
5. DO NOT fold or twist the tape as this may cause permanent damage.
6. DO NOT pull the tape with excessive force beyond the maximum length of 150cm/60inch.
7. Be cautious when retracting the tape to avoid minor injuries.
8. Exercise caution when measuring neck circumference to avoid accidental choking.
9. Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult when using the device.
10. Keep the batteries out of reach of children. In case of ingestion of a battery, seek medical assistance promptly.
11. 11. Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from the device and properly disposed of. Do not dispose of batteries in fire. When discharged batteries are kept in the device for a long time, electrolyte leakage can occur causing damage to the device and/or personal injury.

Install the Batteries

• Before use, open the battery compartment and insert the battery correctly according to the marked polarity symbols(+ and-) on the battery and device.

Note

• Always select the correct size and type of battery most suitable for the intended use.
• Do not mix new and used batteries or batteries of different types or brands.
• Do not charge the batteries.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
• Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.

Download the App

• Search for “Renpho Health” from the Apple Store or Google Play Store or scan the QR code to download the app.

Note : Due to continuous updates and improvements, the “Renpho Health” App may appear slightly different.

Pair with the App

1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.

2. Press the Power Button to turn on the device.
   Bluetooth is enabled by default.

3. Open the “Renpho Health” App and tap “Connect” once a window pops up. When the Bluetooth icon on the device turns solid blue, it indicates a successful connection.

Measure

1. Pull out the tape, and wrap it around your target body part.
2. Insert the locking pin into the tape receptacle until a “click” is heard.
3. Press the Retract Button to tighten the tape and get your measurement.
4. Press ” ✓ ” to confirm the measurement, and the pointer will automatically move to the next body part.
5. If needed, press ” to choose the body part you want to measure.
6. Press “save ” or tap  on the app to save the measurements.

Note :

1. After each measurement, make sure to press” ✓ “to confirm the data.
2. If the device is turned on and left idle, it will automatically enter standby mode after 20 seconds and shut off after 8 minutes.
3. To turn on the device, press the Power Button or pull the tape. When the device is in standby mode, simply press any button or pull the tape to activate it.

Manually Add the Measurement

• When the app connection is lost, manually input the measurements.

1.  Tap the body part name (e.g. Waist).
2. Swipe the “ruler” right or left to select a size.
3. Choose the date.
4. Tap   on the app to confirm the measurement.
5. Tap ” on the app to save the measurements.
